Dealt with Darren while shopping with my partner and kids, he was extremely patient with us choosing our dream couch. Great sales person & asset to the domayne team.

My partner and I recently purchased several items from Domayne bedding Maroochydore. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We placed our order for our purchase. We had several lengthy delays in receiving our goods which was out of Domayne’s control. The team Matt O, Linda, Ashley and Matt R always keep us informed on the status of our orders. They were genuinely concerned about our delays and went out of their way to ease the inconvenience. We were impressed with the team’s honesty, transparency and willingness to assist.
It was refreshing to deal with a great team! Well done Domayne bedding Maroochydore!

The delivery of furniture today by Carl was excellent. Right on time. Made a difficult job, easy. Unfortunately I tried to ring the store to tell someone personally about the great service I received, so they could pass the compliment to Carl, as he is a delivery contractor for Domayne. But was left on hold for 16 minutes waiting = 1 star for store service.

The bedding department service and follow up service is fantastic it’s after the purchase has been made and if you had an issue, that’s when you know if they actually care or not. Great service before and after our purchase

Darren was the most helpful and informative salesperson we encountered today on our search for our dream couch. I wish that his store had been able to supply our item within the time frame that we had. Couldn't fault his customer service. Good job Darren! He gets 10 stars

Had a major issue with an expensive mattress I purchased, through no fault of Domayne. The manager and all the staff couldn't have been more obliging, with the outcome being way better than I would have expected. This store has won me for life with any future bedding requirements I might have. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Matt and your friendly, helpful staff.

My son bought my partner & I adjustable beds from Domayne. We have never slept so well & I now can't imagine sleeping on a standard flat bed. My breathing due to a heart condition has improved immensely & I don't get foot cramps anymore. I highly recommend anyone young or old to shop here for an adjustable bed. You can't go wrong.

The team at Domayne helped me out in an emergency situation. They fitted my ill parents with a adjustable bed. Since having the bed both parents are comfortable and vastly improved health. The delivery was just days after and very professional. Thanks team.

Apparently the sale is only for soiled items, selected a piece and was told that was all they had, what was on the floor but it was badly soiled so I asked to order one and was told, yes sure but you'll be paying full price and a delivery fee, was the most rudest man who was so unhelpful, I did find items I liked in another store and spent my money there with staff who were actually helpful and wanted the business.

My partner and I couldn’t recommend Matt Rankin enough. We purchased our mattress and base with ease and confidence as Matt was reassuring, full of knowledge, on our side and didn’t try to pressure us into anything. With a happy face, positive attitude and all his knowledge - you’ll be in great hands if you purchase through him.

Went in store with the intention of purchasing a lounge set - I was greeted by two team members throwing pillows at each other - they did not offer me any assistance and returned to chatting with each other. I walked around the whole store and was not spoken to by any of the team members I saw. I’m sure the products are lovely but the customer service was terrible.

I purchased 2 outdoor sun lounges, unfortunately one broke within the first couple of weeks.
The way this was handled was perfect! The customer service is amazing!
Even though the product was average I will still shop at domayne Maroochydore.
I think he lady on the phone was Linda, she was great!

CAVEAT EMPTOR: purchased a couch from Domayne Maroochydore after our couch from Fantastic Furniture developed a tear in the dust cover. We were given all assurances that if that happened to our new couch from Domayne their 10 year warranty would have us covered.

When is a 10 year warranty not a 10 year warranty? When it's 2 years for fabric, 5 years for suspension/support and 10 years for the structure/frame.

Domayne Maroochydore proprietor Anna relished the opportunity to advise us that "most our couches only have 1 year fabric warranty! ". BUYER BEWARE: check the fine print when you purchase from Domayne, if possible avoid Domayne Maroochydore as the service we received from proprietor Anna was deplorable. Anna can't take criticism of her customer service, she hung up on us when we complained about her customer service.

We started this warranty repair request months ago. Michelle, the lady that was handling the warranty repair request is "no longer with Domayne Maroochydore". Wonder why? Ultimately we'll deal with this through ACCC/statutory warranty or QCAT if necessary.

We have just had new beds delivered. Thankyou to everyone at Domayne Maroochydore. Especially Linda and Matt. The service was really beautiful and made the whole process easy and amazing. The beds look great and are exactly what we wanted, and a reasonable price. Thank you all.

Just bought a queen size leather sofa that folds out without having to remove cushions. Andrew earned the sale with his attentiveness to our need, knowledge of the avaliable stock, humor and smile.

Great service at Domayne this morning. Trying find a tall vase and other homewards for floating shelf. Couldn't be more helpful.

Wow! Walked into this store today after moving house (not in my best clothes) walked into the store my son looking for a lamp and I was looking for a new dining table. A lady walked up to us asked can she help us rudely. I said I’m looking for a Dinning table and pointing at my son he is looking for a lamp. She looked us up and down turned to me and said well I’ll just leave u with your friend to look around and walked away.umm how about help us buy a new table ya rude lady. Will never return, this lady needs to realise that although I’m a bit dirty and rough from moving today, we are also building a very large hamptons home and require almost everything that will be ready in September I know I will not be popping in here again

We ordered a outdoor setting and was told 2 month wait.no problem. 2 months has come and we've now been told 2 more months! 4 months! Furniture shop or amateur drop shipper? 4 month wait is hard to fathom.

Terrible experience, very so unfriendly and unprofessional staff, even the manager in Maroochy store. I wanted to exchange the rug which was damaged yesterday morning, when I explained to her gently the manager talked to me in an aggressive way, even didn't let me talk, so rude and impolite, I bought all of my furniture from this store a few month ago but I never come back to this store again. So sad

Hi I am writing in regards to a lounge warranty repair that has now been going on since April. I am very disappointed in how this matter has been handled and would like to make a formal complaint. I still have not had my lounge repaired- no one calls me for follow ups- I have called around 8 times just to try and get some answers only to be told that the part has still not arrived and they will call me week commencing 22nd of June- here we are 2nd of July! I will not be purchasing from this store again.
