Always something to catch your eye. A range of prices. I have noticed lately that their figurines have gotten a bit dearer. Their furniture isn't the best quality for the asking price, as it lacks stability and quality materials.

Went into shop at 4.53 was told they were closing and I had 2 minutes by the old woman who must have been Manager. I asked for directions to what I wanted, she through her arms up and said it could be anywhere in the whole shop. I used to own a retail shop in the complex and that is one of the rudest interactions I have ever had, I would have sacked a staff member who treated a customer that way. She just could not be bothered and let me know!

Always have something I didn't know I needed, helpful and friendly staff. Good service.

Good range. Bins I wanted didn't have the lids, but this is unusual, as there have been no problems before.

Great shop.lots of variety.although is advertised as a cheaper shop but stock is not much cheaper than any other shop.

Huge range of discounted goods available and set out in wide aisles. They provide shopping carts at the door which you will definitely need as you can find a variety of items including cleaning products, first aid, gardening, arts and craft, hardware, party, gifts and clothes etc.

This store is large and well organized with signage labelling the categories of items contained in each aisle. The store is well stocked with many various items, sold at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Always love this shop. Either in Red Hill Rockhampton or Yeppoon main drag. Best place to get party balloons. Good quality and very affordable.

This place is the place to go for all those party needs. Whether it is a child’s birthday or a wedding to the 21st birthday for that special person. Everything you need in party goods. Also the flower and garden ornaments are boundless, the helpful staff here are great and very helpful, cheers big ears

The store was beautifully presented but the staff were NOWHERE TO BE FOUND PLUS THEY NEED TO LEARN NOT TO SWEAR IN THE SHOP or be more quiet when speaking.

A wide variety of household supplies. This time, I like that they have a good selection of curtains. Getting summer the ready. No curtains at Kmart today.

Well stocked store, friendly helpful staff - one carried my purchase to my car for me! Unusual in Rockhampton!

I asked the staff at the front counter for assistance to help find something, to be met with 'over there! ' I explained i had already looked and couldn't find it may I have some assistance as I'm not familiar with the store. There was an older lady counting the tills so granted she couldn't help but was SOOO rude! Not even a sorry mam and an explanation! After I said no I really need some help she huffed and said 'Ethan go look in xyz' there was just no need. The young boy was following her direction and her being the senior staff should have directed him better. A little customer service goes a LONG WAY! Hell being polite goes a long way

One of those places that sell everything. From gardening tools to party hats and toys, just all kinds of stuff. We get some of our arts and crafts supplies here, as well as seeds and pots.

Looks are deceiving, this shop is big. Lots of discounts and a very large supply of random things.

Not only does this story have the usual cheap goods on offer, they provide all the bits and pieces you need to cater to all of your party needs. Weather it's costumes streamers balloons or other decorations there are plenty of affordable options to choose from. Including confectionery for the kids!
