Beth took such great care of me when getting my eyebrows and lashes done. She was so gentle and also checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. Loved the end result too!

I got my brows threaded today and I asked the lady to please not make them thin. So, she’s made them so thin and completely removed the front of my left brow and now I cannot stop crying. Especially after family pointed on how awful they are.: (

I had my lashes done today at noon and then mine have started to fall out! No touching, no pulling, and no touching of water.

My friend just helped me to look at my eyelashes and we found that the extensions were not fully coated with glue, so the roots of the eyelashes were raised.

I think I will tell my friends that they don't need to come and try

I’ve had a lash lift here before and it was really good. Though I came in and received the treatment from a different lady and you can’t even tell I had it done. My lashes were not lifted at all. I had nothing on my lashes prior to the appointment. Feels like I wasted $75

Shanae has been doing my brows for a few sessions now and I always love them! They are shaped so well and I ask for light henna colour which she has perfected. Also friendly service!

25 minutes ago i just go my eyebrow waxed at the bottom and threaded at the top. The girl has taken way to much off at the front of my right eyebrow (which I could feel when she done it) leaving my eyebrows extremely uneven now. When I said something to the girl (younger girl on) all I got was an 'aw sorry about that'. And still made me pay full price? Full price for botched eyebrows and bad customer services. I can handle someone messing up as we are all human. But no excuse for terrible customer service. Such a shame I work in Robina and always loved supporting a shop in the centre.

I recently had my lashes done- looked amazing for 4 days! They were falling out constantly- so much $ for not even a week! I didn’t have any makeup on when they were done, did everything as told and didn’t get a week out of them. Brows were amazing but the lashes on the other hand….

Shanae at Robina is the best! Makes all the right suggestions for my brows and lashes and I feel good every time. Her lash application is perfect and lasts as long as expected!

I got my lashes done a week and a half ago for my boyfriend’s birthday then booked in for infills for the day before my birthday (Saturday) thinking that the glue would’ve lasted longer and I would’ve only needed a few done on the Friday all my lashes kept falling out one by one all day and only had a few left. When I turned up for my appointment the girl not only was rude to me but denied a service, I can not control when the lashes fall out, i followed all there instructions to make them last, I understand that you have other clients throughout the day but telling me to my face that the lashes that they provided were unacceptable and I should’ve done better is the unacceptable part.

I would never go anywhere else for my brows. Shanae is next level amazing and I leave with PERFECT brows every time I visit. Can not recommend Doll Face highly enough.

She is amazing and offers great service and information about my appointment. Her station is always clean and tidy. She is fast and precise and I never leave without loving my final look!
