Annabelle was so friendly and welcoming. The service was fantastic and I am absolutely loving my lamination and lash lift - the best lash lift I’ve had. She even put my coat on me when I was cold and couldn’t open my eyes. An absolute gem!

Don't recommend for threading. Chose this place for eyebrow threading based on its impressively high rating, however, I cannot recommend them for this service as the end result was pretty terrible (although the staff's demeanor was nice, which is why it's 2 stars instead of 1)

My friend and I just wanted "cleaning and tidying up" while keeping the shape which we clearly communicated. Half of my friend's eyebrows were gone at the end which resulted in a significantly different look - they were almost in tears.

Not as bad for me as the shape remained, however lots of hair still remained around the brows in the areas that were supposed to be cleaned up and hairless.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a while now. I’m always extremely happy with how they look. Highly recommend this place

Kinda disappointed with my experience. I asked for natural lash extensions and got told they don’t have classic strips which I understand, but the results aren’t natural style at all. They look like a full volume set and don’t suit my face at all. Nothing natural about them. It’s my first time getting lash extensions and I don’t think I will again.
