The facility is fine and all the staff there are very approachable, especially the Doctor, thank you very much.

25 mins overtime for my appointment, just to see the doctor for 1 minute to get a script written out.absolute joke

Called them yesterday to see if I could get my antidepressants script written out and left at reception so I could just come pick it up but clearly that wasn't important enough to warrant them to do that for me.

Helpful, friendly staff. Doctor Ali was wonderful. Patient, efficient, professional and made eye contact. Listened and did not rush me out. Decors beautiful atmospheres great. I highly recommend this medical centre.

I recommend this place, Dr Ali was amazing, kind and professional. The waiting area was clean, modern and comfortable. The admin staff were friendly and helpful making the whole visit a pleasant experience.

I am just started here as my doctor has retired, so my documents have not arrived yet. I only needed a script but the doctor was really nice.

Lovely ladies on the front desk always make the experience enjoyable and then the dr is fantastic. It also has the advantage of a 4cyte built in so if blood tests are needed it's right next door

Amazing practice, very personalised and Dr Ali is the best doctor I've ever had but all the staff are wonderful, caring and friendly.

Dr Josephine Ching is really good I appreciate her taking the time to listen to me and taking care of me I have made her my new doctor as all the other ones I have had haven't always looked after me like her.

Friendly staff. You don't feel like just a number. Dr Anand is very thorough and always takes time to listen to all your concerns.

Sorry to read about the fire, however the Doctors@Windaroo Administration Manager needs to divert the phone so that the patients know what’s happening with their appointments this week.

Drs at Windaroo is a fantastic practice, from all the receptionist to the Drs themselves.

Always treated in a friendly and professional manner, easy check in and limited waiting time.

Dr Ching has a very professional approach towards her patients and I trust her judgement implicitly.

I love the fact that you can book online at anytime of the day and night and find a time that suits. Easy contactless check-in too when you get there. Great parking right outside the door and walkthrough to the chemist next door. Lovely caring doctors who are very thorough.

The receptionist that was on this morning, has marked that I attended the appointment when I never did. I turned up, to find out that I would still have to wait over 30minutes after my appointment time. I advised her to cancel the appointment and I'd make a new one. I don't know why she has put that I've attended when I never did.

Great experience everytime at Doctors @ Windaroo. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved Dr. Ching, how she really took her time to listen, get me tested with every possible procedure I could get and guide me until i have my final diagnosis at the hospital. I still go to her even I have been seeing some specialist. I’ve also seen the other doctors here and they are great too. I highly recommend this clinic.

I'm a frequent flyer and all doctors are friendly my doctor saved my life and he's been the most supportive doctor. DR ANAND understands me and listens to me. The nurses are great and treat you a friend. Receptions are always welcoming and friendly. I have referred many neighbors to this practice. If your looking for the best health care don't look any further. Tell them I sent you.

I’m afraid I’ll never go back to this surgery. I have just moved to the area but I’m going to travel back to my old doctors surgery from now on. I had to wait nearly an hour last week for an appointment so I decided to reschedule. On my return the following week I waited another 40 minutes but it was 40 minutes of listening to the rudest receptionist I’ve ever come across. Speaking to people on the phone as if they were total idiots and not much nicer to patients coming into the surgery, oh, apart form the people she obviously knew, she was nice to them! So I left! I thought Lisa the receptionist was rude (scary actually) but Pam, you take the award for the rudest receptionist I’ve ever met!

I have been attending this surgery for almost 20 years. In the last 10 months I have had many issues getting into see my doctor on the day or even the next day sometimes, so am forced to a decision to see a another young practitioner in the surgery, who will only write a certificate for the day you attend her appointment.
This is ridiculous as when you a feeling very unwell on one day you will wait and see if you are getting any better the next especially when you are experiencing flu like symptoms, which the media is warning us about.
When you are a working person such as myself and you are so sick on the Monday and cannot get into see you doctor for 2 days or this other one the next day (of course I chose the latter) silly me. She refuses to write a certificate to include the Monday, only the tuesday, as I did not see her on that Monday.
What a crock and I will make a formal complaint.
Rest assured I will not chose her as the option next time
