Doctors On Fifth

I was so happy visiting and having a session with Doctor Soo, since he was patiently listening and responding to all of the questions I had.
Thanks and appreciate their help for us.

Got in with an appointment no worries, another Doctor surgery I tried apparently were all booked up by 8.10 am. Will continue to go back to Dr's on fifth from now on

Dr Devika is really pleasant to deal with and the front office girl really knows her stuff and very professional.

Waited 30min past our appointment time only to be told she can’t help my son. She was rough and rude when speaking. Then asked if he was aboriginal because he had a previous ear infection. I’m sorry but that’s not professional at all. Never going back

Honestly the best doctors I have ever been to, always very friendly and helpful. The doctors are very genuine, caring and definitely know what they are talking about. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Dr. Prasanthie Rupasingh was very rude and so unprofessional. No eye contact and no explanation was given. The attitude was you pay before I speak to you. Well you could have explained that to me in a nice way. I’m an RN and it really upset me and there is no way I approach any of my patients like that. I will never use that practice again

Made welcome & was interviewed by a very skilled GP. Came away with a great knowledge & relief regarding my medical issue! Thankyou so much.

I don’t usually like going to the doctors but today changed my perspective. I’m so happy to have finally found a doctor I can trust.

Doctor was very thorough and had a nice manner. Reception staff also efficient and friendly. Impressed with the service today.

A child’s sports medical that was only $50 this time last year is now $175! I know the cost of living has gone up but not by more than 350% absolutely ridiculous! Especially considering it’s the same amount of time spent as a normal check up

Dr devika is honestly unfit to be working with women and children, she treated my sister during her post-partum period absolutely terribly. She screamed at her because her daughter had a dirty nappy, judged her because she forgot her nappy bag to clean the 1-wk babies dirty nappy. She made a huge fuss and embarrassed my sister, i had to run out and buy more wipes as her "clinic" didn't have any. She then refused to treat my sister for her own 1wk post-caesarean check up because her daughter had a bowel movement. She claimed, that in a clinic which provides OBGYN care there were no wipes and did not harbour any "dirt" so any wipes used needed to be rid of. She was rude, uncaring, and lacked an immense amount of empathy for a "doctor". I sent an email regarding this issue and was ignored. She found it unimportant to respond and apologise therefore i would strongly suggest you do not go here. She has also abused her receptionists and her patients, a couple was laughing and just living their lives and she walked out of her consult room (leaving her patients in there) and screamed at them. She then screamed at her receptionists for not making them "be quite". Honestly abhorrent behaviour.

The Doctors and staff are friendly and helpful usually on time but best to make an appointment. The doctors listen to you and always offer the sound option. We would Highly recommend this practice to any one

I have found the reception staff, nurse and Dr Soo Cheun Phang is lovely and would highly recommend the practice for anyone looking for a caring and compassionate medical team and open 7 days a week!

Drove 30 minutes just to be told that they wouldn’t see my 18 month old because he had a cough, was then told our appointment would be changed to a phone consultant and received the call an hour after our appointment time. Terrible service, terrible receptionist. Will never return to this doctors surgery. Don’t waste your time.

Very rude.claimed my stomach pain is something i’m imagining and blamed it on my mental health.never again going there.left my last appointment there in tears because i felt shut down.

My boy was welcomed with the most happy smiley nurses for his 18month immunisations, they did their absolute best to keep him happy for the quick and fuss free jabs, he was given plenty of time and space for me to settle him afterwards, so kind, thankyou.

I needed two appointments to get what I wanted (vaccination) because the receptionist refused to believe what I was there for.
