Doctors @ Beenleigh

My partner went there to get a medical document signed to say she has low blood pressure Because she’s due in 3 months so she could apply to job seeker and a doctor there yelled at her and didn’t even look at the form saying it would be difficult for him to do and yelled at my pregnant partner.

I found out when they got home and she was upset and didn’t know why he reacted that way.

In any case I’m furious and not happy! Under no circumstances are doctors allowed to yell at their pregnant patients whatsoever. I want to go give that doctor a piece of my mind but I feel as though I’d do something I shouldn’t so I’m writing to you to let you know our experience there.

I only wish Dr visnu was still there I'm finding it was hard to get an appointment on the weekend on the phone over 2 hours

Rushed through with no care shown whatsoever seriously was there all of 2 munutes and charged $75

Very disappointing, if you don't book often to see a doctor, you need to pay $75. Therefore get sick often if you can't afford $75 each time. I go often, but for my 12 year old daughter I need to pay $75 because she has not neede a visit for a while.

The doctors at Beenleigh are lovely but there is one admin lady who gets nasty she is very much a Karen type person. If she cannot be nice to people maybe she should seek a job not working with people. Makes going there a dreadful experience!

Receptionist are below average, with no service or drive to do their job properly, doctors are great though.

I always go to this Doctors and have been through many different doctors at this practice, but it dosnt matter who you go to they are all awesome and helpful. Special shout out to Joy and Alex who go above and beyond to make sure your looked after as well. Easily 5 stars, would be more if there was an option to do so

We have searched for a good doctors for a long time. Very grateful to have found one at Doctors @ Beenleigh, the staff are amazing too, warm and friendly. These guys are our go to family doctor.

Dr Vishnu is phenomenal! He is great with both of my children (3 & 1) and I couldn’t ask for more! He is an amazing family doctor!

My experience at Doctors@Beenleigh has always been a positive one, Dr Vishnu has given me the quality care and advice that l have been looking for some time. I would recommend him to all people looking for a very good doctor.

I saw Doc V.when I attended the clinic and the best way to describe him and my experience was wonderful. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by the wonderful nursing and reception staff. I can't express enough how caring and thoughtful they all were. Thanks you guys you are awesome.

I have been to many different doctors for my medical issues for years and all they tell me is that I am too young to have IBD and they pass me off. Now after seeing Dr Vishnu and the team at Doctors@beenleigh I am finally getting the medical treatment that I need and they have been an amazing support throughout the journey.

If I could give this a 0 star review I would. I booked an appointment with Dr Pran Lal, this appointment was in desperation to see a GP ASAP. Upon asking for a specific referral I was addressed with Dr Pran Lal raising his voice, yelling at me and calling me a disgrace. This also caused me public humiliation with none of the staff helping or believing me when exiting his office. A formal complaint has been submitted and my relatives also left a review about this manner though the practice deleted it.

If I could rate higher that 5 stars I would! I tried my local doc because it’s location is convenient but they were fully booked, rung a few others and all booked. Called doctors Beenleigh and they made arrangements to get me in and Dr Vishnu and the team were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable in my time of need. I have never felt this way about a service or any business I have been to. They treat you like family! Highly recommended Professional! Clean and accommodating!

The wait time is ridiculous. You book for a certain time and you wait about 50 mintues just to be seen. Make sure this is your last stopfor the day

Always running substantially behind. Just walked in and there was only one other person in the waiting room and nobody in treatment rooms and it still took 20 minutes for the doctor to see the patient in front of me.
