Doctor Vacuum

Do not use this company! Was told a technician would arrive at 12: 00pm, no one arrived for over 2 and a half hours then the technician cancelled at 2: 45 even though I had called the head office at 12: 40 and was told he was 15-20 minutes away.

Always great service and advice. The guys working in there are friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Poor communication on my online order, had to chase up myself 3 times, i think order had been forgotten about, when order finally arrived it was genuine part as required.

My almost-13-year-old Dyson DC14 developed a fault with the vacuum power head. I wasn't optimistic that anyone would be willing and able to fix it. I'm thrilled that Doctor Vacuum were able to repair it, given its age. I'd much rather repair an appliance than throw it away and replace it. They also did a service and replaced the filter (at my request), and now it's back working as it should. I thought the price for this work was very reasonable, and much less than a new Dyson.
I was impressed by their whole process, from advising of the expected delay in getting to the job (which turned out to be spot on), to quoting on the job and giving me the decision to proceed or not (I did, of course).
In addition, the staff members I dealt with were all friendly and helpful.

Thanks to much to Dr Vacuum for providing us with excellent advice and service. Our 12 year old starvac system had broken down and needed replacing. I called up and received excellent and honest advice on the phone with no upselling whatsoever. They recommended we come into the shop to look at the various models.

When we visited the showroom, the staff member ended his telephone call to look after us and again showed us the various options available. He gave us detailed instructions on installation ourselves to save cost and we were on our way.

Our new Husky flex system is amazing, powerful and quiet.

I hadn’t used my ducted vacuum cleaner for a while. The absorbency was very low and I believed after 17 years that it was on the way out.
Tony came, had a look and fixed it. He even thinks, the motor would do some more years. Great, I like it when things can get repaired instead
of throwing them away.

I recently need minor fix on Dyson vacuum and went to Vacuum Doctor! The terrific guy I saw fixed it in 5 minutes and refused to accept any payment! In today’s greedy, grabbing world he restored my belief that there are still very good people around us! Appreciated so much and will definitely recommend to everyone!
