I was sent a wrong charger with my drone purchase from DJI online - very annoying. I called the DJI store in Carindale as I was having no luck dealing with DJI’s online support team. Lachlan addressed the problem by immediately phoning the warehouse and arranging for another to be sent the following day. The charger has now arrived with a few days to space before an important photo trip of mine and I can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to help me on this occasion. In future I’ll be dealing with the Carindale store directly rather than online. Thanks a million mate!

Have had very positive experiences with their drone rental service. Lachlan and the other staff are all super helpful and friendly, and very accommodating when unexpected things came up e.g. The recent floods (providing an extension). The drones are top notch too, got some amazing footage with them. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent service. Customer service is very good, and employees are willing to spend time with the customer in order to assist with any purchases. Delivery is also prompt (My order was dispatched the day after ordering, and arrived on the third day after ordering (VIC -> BNE). Would highly recommend if you are considering purchasing a drone.

Today I attended the Carindale store and purchased the last Mini 2. Well, what a great experience, I have never parted with $1000.00 so happily as I did today. The chap who served me (we know who he is) was great, no pressure, set my phone up with the appropriate app, and then I called again, he sent me the shortcut too it so I could load it on my tablet as well. For me, there aren't enough stars to show my appreciation. Will I be back, only if I bust it:) no, I'll be back alright

Great service from D1Store, as always! Had an issue with one of the Mavic Mini’s purchased for school and they sent up a replacement and swapped it over with no fuss. We’ve now purchased 6 drones from these guys and couldn’t be happier with their service. Thanks!

Purchased the Drone
Staff didn't go through the drone at all during the purchase. Had to constantly ask questions to try and get more information and even pushed for a demo. The only bit of passing of information was an upsell of the one (1) year insurance and SD card.

Still walked out with the DJI but would of appreciated more knowledge walking out.

Super helpful staff, had an issue with my most recent drone a Mavic 2 Zoom with a Smart Controller. 2 of the crew spent ages working through testing the drone and controller trying to sync and update and contacted their tech staff in Melbourne repeatedly and were able to establish the drone was faulty and without a drama they arranged another drone swapping it out rather than me having to wait for the problem drone to be tested etc taking goodness knows how long. Thanks for the good work guys.
