DJ City Mansfield Brisbane

Totally impressed with the service, I needed a system for a strongman comp. I don't have much experience in the sound industry but Konrad from Mansfield store was more than helpful with explaining what would be best and at no point did I feel pressured to buy on the spot. We went back and forth for nearly an hour. Upon delivery of items I realised I had either been sent or bought wrong items. This is where Konrad and the company really blew me away, they organised return delivery and sent new items all within a week turnaround.
As a business owner myself, this type of customer service deserves the highest of praise and reviews. Thanks guys and Konrad for all the help and there is only one place I will shop in future.

I bought some speakers, they got damaged during transportation and they couldn't replace it. They could only give me credit towards more expensive speaker meaning i had to spend more money

Terrible customer service. Received no call backs to the multiple messages I have left about them deducting funds from my credit card with no confirmed order. If I could give a lower star I would. Thieves

Good service, and great advice! My dad went into the store, with 0 knowledge on musical technicality, but was given some advice on what to get me, a music producer, for Christmas. Gotta say, they made some excellent choices.

I wouldn't recommend this business, because they don't even have the courtesy to respond to emails regarding product queries, online shipping time frames etc.emailed them two days ago, asking simple questions to enable me to decide on the purchase of a Christmas gift and received no response. Hence took my business elsewhere. Clearly if pre-sales customer service is non-existent, after sales is unlikely to be different.

I am too much upset these people service. I bought ld subwoofer icoa15 in june and thats totaly stop from work. I give manfield store first week in October. Near 3 month now and i not get back. Then i call there staff not answer. I live in Ipswich. Ten time i visit but same answer may be next week. Too much upset and dont recoment to another.

Josh was very helpful as soon as I walked in. His product knowledge and demeanour made this a very positive shopping experience.

Came in for some karaoke gear. Got some good advice and purchased a fairly cheap Mixer and microphones that worked well. Overall, it was a good experience. I will definitely go back when I need some more gear. Prices were not cheapest but always good to go to a shop that actually has the gear in stock.

Josh has been such a great help and he has helped with all my enquires. 10/10 would recommend this place and with any questions you have, they will answer for you professionally

Can't say I'm a happy customer. Had something on order that had an ETA of 2-3 weeks, it's been 10. Covid causing delays, fair enough, but I've found another supplier that has the item I need and I've been trying to contact DJ City for days to get my deposit refunded or a guarantee that I will get it back. I get told I'll get an answer that day, each day I hear nothing back. And when trying to call I can't get hold of the store unless I try all day.
I just can't understand the lack of customer service. If you say you're going to get back to someone, get back to them. Now I've got the other supplier saying they're not going to hold the item for me any longer and I still don't know if DJ City will give me my refund so I'm in between a rock and a hard place.

Callam's service is outstanding and his product knowledge is impeccable. He took me through the process of buying my second pair of speakers, answering all my questions. I have been a customer of DJ city for over 6 years or so making my very first purchase from their Store in Smithfield NSW.

I now, have another great Consultant at the Mansfield store in Brisbane who is totally reliable, polite and friendly. He showed a genuine desire to help, great personality and easy to deal with.
With Great staff, fantastic service and good prices, I have no intention of shopping elsewhere.

They understand their customers needs and have fulfilled all expectations to my satisfaction. I highly recommend.
