DISSH

Purchased a blazer today from Chermside store. Stood at the counter for over 10mins waiting to be served (I was the only customer at the counter). When staff finally arrived they proceeded to served multiple customers around me like I wasn’t even there. Eventually they asked if “I want to purchase that”? Which I thought was fairly obvious, as I had been standing directly in front of the other till the entire time. Really poor customer service. I honestly considered walking out and taking my money else where, as I didn’t feel respected as a customer.

The girls in the chermside store are so lovely. The manager and her team deliver such wonderful customer service and are always happy to help.

I had the best shopping experience with a lovely woman called Aliesha. She was incredibly helpful, genuine, and kind, and made everyone in the change rooms feel confident.

Ally was so so helpful today. So were the rest of the ladies! 10/10 love it here smells so good too

Minnah was absolutely wonderful! Helped me a lot to choose a great dress and I felt amazing fitting into an 8! Thanks ladies!

I visited the store on Tuesday and had the best customer experience! Minnah made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and gave me so much inspiration with my new fits. Big love!

The lovely ladies at the Chermside store are an absolute asset to the brand. They are so friendly and helpful! It’s such a unique and personal experience shopping there.

Tahlia is the most amazing staff member I have ever encountered in DISSH Chermside. She went above and beyond with patience and kindness. I was so extremely grateful! This makes people like me so happy as everyone should be treated equally and not judged on the color of their skin or appearance! She is the best example of what great customer service is all about especially if your business is about making money!

Just wanted to say thank you to a lady who helped me locate the aisle set I was looking for. She went above and beyond, calling the stores for me, locating and putting on hold the items I needed, which Chermside store didn't have. An excellent service.

Aside from the fact that this store is absolutely tiny and the selection is a only fraction of what it is on the website/other stores, the staff in this store are dishonest and unprofessional.
After attempting to return a product, which should have been possible as per their returns policy on the website, they told me that they "didn't do that" and I could only have a credit note to use in-store or exchange directly that day. They made no great effort to help me choose anything, they just didn't want it to affect their KPIs.

Thankfully Customer Service were more helpful and provided me with a refund, but only after a lot of back and forth that could have been avoided.

My wife visited the store on Thursday and had the worst experience. She was not acknowledged when she entered the store and when she was looking around she wasn’t helped with accessing the trial room. It was still okay if this was a general behaviour of the person on her shift but it wasn’t. My wife wouldn’t say this casually but racism did reflect in this person’s behaviour as her conversation and her behaviour changed completely when other people entered the store. My wife left the store so disturbed by this person’s behaviour.

I’m sure this isn’t reflective of the brand but bad/racist treatment anywhere must be called out.

Seriously terrible customer service. I think there was a nice person who worked there once upon a time but now the workers seem to have the better-than-everyone-else attitude that doesn't really help when it comes to making sales for the company that pays them. No one expects your staff to wait on them hand and foot, but a polite acknowledgement or "do you need a hand? " might help a customer out and lead to a sale. I ended up buying a dress elsewhere.

I've never written a review after I've been to a store before but after today I simply just had too. I visited Dissh, (Chermside) today 10/3 at 1 pm. The service I received from the staff was absolutely amazing!
The range and quality of clothes was amazing.
