Recently shopped at Diish PAC Fair for an upcoming event, had a great experience and the beautiful blonde pregnant girl was fabulous.

I had a fantastic experience in the store and found the girls to be not only so kind but attentive to my self and the other customers in the store. I needed an outfit for an event and it was smooth sailing as soon as I walked into the store! Thank you to the girls who were working! Xx

A cautionary tale for anyone who actually likes to buy in store …despite offering refunds online… buying in store means you will only get a credit note.so now I will visit to check the fabrics but always purchase online… quite turned me off dissh

I always feel so welcomed at Dissh Pacific Fair. Kristi and Cara were so lovely yesterday in helping me pick an outfit!

I wish I could remember the original girl I met when I first walked into the store. She was phenomenal, helpful, and made me feel comfortable straight away. I work in a very similar field so I have strong attention to detail and expectations when it comes to customer service and the overall customer experience but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Will be a regular now.

So happy to have visited the dissh pacific fair store! Bree was super helpful in the change rooms and made me feel so confident and comfortable <3 ended up purchasing the rowan asym top (which is stunnning) and will definitely be a regular customer!

The girls at Dissh Pacfair are so wonderful. They went above and beyond to help with my online order I needed to swap. I wish I remember their names to give them a shout out.

The Flick pants are so beautiful however, the sizing from 6-8 is a huge jump and they both didn’t fit right. The size 6 is too small but the 8 is too large. A little disappointing because I absolutely love them. I would love for Dissh to review their sizing.

I came into the pacific fair dish store on Saturday, i usually get nervous shopping in petite stores like this but i was greeted with the most beautiful lady named Cara, she made my shopping experience nothing but amazing and helped me pick out a beautiful outfit for a special occasion. I will defiantly be coming back in the near future:) 10/10

I have been in this Pacific Fair store and been helped enormously by Emily. She is welcoming and knowledgeable. Been a wonderful experience and a nice change from other retailers and their customer service.

Love the product not so the server. I asked if the white dress came in black and she said it wasn't in stock. I tried it on in white and liked it. Only then did she bother to check that it was, in fact, in stock. She went to find it and then handed me the dress in a plastic bag. I came out of the dressing room looking for help and the original girl was well aware that I was looking for help but she completely ignored me. Another girl who was extremely helpful offered to zip the dress up for me. This same girl offered to press the dress for me which she did and then, kindly handed me the pressed dress on a hanger. This girl was efficient and cheerful. The original girl put the sale through but didn't even make eye contact with me. I suggest that she find herself another job.

The staff here are EXTREMELY rude & inconsiderate! This brand has no size diversity, if you want your feelings crushed because you are on the bigger side go here!

AVOID THIS SHOP! Absolute rudest and meanest staff. They will bully you, talk down at you, make you feel like you’re not good enough and like you’re nothing. They know exactly what they’re doing it’s like they get enjoyment out of belittling customers. I would give zero stars if I could

Customer Service was appalling. I had tried a piece on that unfortunately did not fit, and was told that they had none of my sizes left in stock in store and online. I later found that they indeed had my size available in store and online. The stores staff had made me feel as if I wasn’t worthy enough to wear their products and treated me with disrespect. Although the piece I want to purchase is in stock, I will definitely not be purchasing from a company that allows their customers to be treated this way.

I Don't normally write reviews as it can be damaging, however after A few attempts to get help from Dissh I find this fair. The stores are lovely! The staff that served me were great! However their store policy is not CLEAR nor fair. On full priced items you don't have an option for a refund. This is not made clear at check out in the stores. I just wouldn't come back to a store that does not offer this service on expensive full price items. As a suggestion maybe staff should make this clear at checkout.

I was served by an older looking woman in store (with dark hair) she was rude and dismissive after I asked a very simple return policy question. The customer service is appalling, and the product is overpriced copies. I'd rather walk around the corner to Silk Laundry / Assembly Label and receive boutique service and better quality product.

As a lover of all things linen, can not recommend enough. Every time I’m in-store staff are helpful & welcoming.
