7This was the most expensive cheap store I have ever been too. A small pack of balloons (which had holes and were all over stretched) cost me close to $7 - this double the price than anywhere else. Honestly I just feel so dumb for even shopping here. Just save your money and go 5 mins down the road to an actual discount store.
Stay away from this company ladies and gentlemen. The owners are nothing but insecure lowlifes who feel the need to bully and play little games with their own staff in order to feel good about themselves. One of the owners has an absolutely disgusting attitude towards other people in general, and she doesn’t deserve the right to own or run a business where there is staff. Power and control is all these people care about. Stay away from this company if you’re looking to be treated like a human being.

I paid for my items and then asked for a bag from the young girl working there (who has horrible customer service skills and looks like she wants to go home) she informed me that bags are 5c. I didn't have a 5c coin so asked if I could please pay by eftpos. She told me they're eftpos is a $5 minimum and told me I would have to make another purchase even though I had already paid for my items. I asked nicely if she would be able to let it slide and just give me a bag this time as she didnt inform me that they were extra. She told me she won't give me a 5c bag and made me carry all my items out in my hands. Shocking customer service. This young girl needs to be taught how to deal with people before putting her at the front desk. Fire her.
The young girl serving was a disgrace - so rude. I bought wrapping paper for $5.50 so gave her $20.50 to get $15 change. She looked at me and said I don't need the $. 50c you gave me $20 already and gave me $14.50 in silver and gold coins change. I will not shop here again.
