Discount Station

I visited looking for a poster of Tupac Shakur riding a dolphin over a rainbow with sparkles coming out of his bong but there were none.

Cashier demanded I pay for items with cash and not with eftpos.

When I told him I didn’t have cash (and actually showed him my wallet) he rolled his eyes at me and said “you people are putting me out of business, I have to pay for this (item) and the eftpos fee”

There was no eftpos minimum sign on the counter or visible.

Really surprised that…a shop doesn’t want to sell its goods…

The discount store continues to give fantastic service and reasonable prices. Apart from that their level and quantity of stock is really good.

Terrible customer service, we stood at the counter while the cashier scanned our items, he didn't once acknowledge us and continued to talk to his colleagues then pointed at the eftpos machine when it was time to pay.

So very upset today with the owner of the store, walked through the door and my 4yr old and her 4yr old cousin walked in behind me and stopped to admire the santa Claus at the front door, the Man yelled at them because they touched the little xmas present the Santa Claus was holding and I mean he yelled at them! This happened with in a minute of being there, that man should NEVER HAVE YELLED AT THEM like that and could have calmly asked them to leave it alone or if he had sung out excuse me I could have turned around sooner and told them not to touch it. IF THIS ITEM IS SO DEARLY PRECIOUS I WOULD AVOID PLACING IT AT THE FRONT OF YOUR STORE WERE PEOPLE AND CHILDREN CAN TOUCH IT, Perhaps placing it behind the counter is a better option! That man was extremely unprofessional!

The staff were extremely rude and the customer service was awful when i asked to speak to a manger one of the employees claimed i couldn't and refused to give me any contact information when she did the manager was extremely rude and was saying very hurtful things but once i told him about the consumer Law and i told him that he had no visible policy and i would take it further he simply hung up.

Large discount store outside KMart. They have a pretty big range, and the quality is acceptable for the cost.
