Discussed a project with Mark. Bought 2x rolls of agricultural mesh, took it home to realise it won’t work in application. Called up 20 mins after purchasing and asked for a refund. Was advised policy was store credit only. We were willing to take a 30% loss which the company didn’t think was reasonable. Very disappointing as money is not abundant especially during Christmas and often to keep a dog in a yard you act out of desperation. It’s unfortunate as we always try support small business but greedy businesses like this make you want to shop at Bunnings. Poor communication as well we were advised someone will call us back and have since called and left a voicemail.

Mark, you are a legend once again. I ordered a fence, post and attachments yesterday (5th Dec) for our pool, expecting it either late today, or more than likely, tomorrow sometime, as discussed. Lo and behold and to our surprise, my wife messaged me at 8am this morning, stating the order was already here. How good are you guys. Your service and comms are A1. You guys beat places like Bunnings hands down. Keep up the great work. Also, your pricing & products are great and you even gave me a discount on the delivery fee, as it was a small order. Absolutely fantastic to deal with and prices are cheaper than most places. Needed quite a fair bit of fencing and gate supplies and the first place I looked was, of course Bunnings. What a let down. I looked online and found these guys and was extremely impressed with the reviews. The money I saved, communication with the team and the response times were brilliant. They deserve more than 5 stars. I will recommend these guys to anyone.

Make sure you buy exactly what you need - this place refuses refunds for any items. Far from ideal, so perhaps look elsewhere

I needed some irrigation materials to help improve runoff and subsurface drainage. After a decent online search, I chose Discount Landscape Supplies in Caloundra as their prices were competitive and they are a small local family business. I made my purchases on a click and collect basis, arrived the next day with my trailer and was provided with great service. Highly recommended.

Great place to go to for all your garden or landscaping needs. They stock a heap of gear and are cheaper than the big hardware chain store in Caloundra!
