Absolutely amazing service, they spent 6 hours trying to fix and find my problem and didn’t charge anymore then their flat repair rate even set up the bios correctly and loaded windows on with everything ready to go even my rgb light applications that I couldn’t get working

Have used Dirkwood computers for over 15 years and have always had great service whether it be computer repair or a brand new custom built computer.

I am not as “computer literate” as most due to my age but when my all in one computer screen stopped working Josh initially had a go at trying to recover all of my info onto the screen but was not able to. I asked him about a replacement, my old all in one was old, and he not only provided me with a “mini pro desk” plus monitor but the best thing he (Jordan) was able to transfer my “stuff” from the old computer. I would rate them as first class. The current setup is working perfectly.

These guys are amazing, extremely knowledgeable and have great customer service - they treat everyone with respect to their needs, issues, wants and go above and beyond to ensure they provide the best service/fix the issue. I'm so glad I was introduced to Josh and his team. Ohhh and with epic, speedy turn-around time.

Josh was awesome @dirkwoods, had issues with laptop starting up and solved issue within 10 minutes.

I dropped my sons laptop off to get battery replaced. Loveliest man served me,
He jumped up, smiled and came to the counter smiling, he was so helpful and friendly. He had a new battery back, cleaned sons laptop, checked it and laptop ready in 3 days! Excellent. I've been using Dirkwoods for my computer needs for quite a few years now. Wouldn't use anyone else. Josh and Jordan are really nice guys who know SO MUCH about computers. Everything I've purchased from them has worked extremely well. Their repair and maintenance prices are very fair.and when they fix stuff, it's fixed. Their product prices are also excellent value. They are the kind of small business we all should support. Dirkwoods is great.
