Medication wasn't dispensed due to no stock at the time, Then the following week when getting my medications, I become Accused of taking home the out of stock medication in the previous week and not making payment for it. When I explained it wasn't in stock and I couldn't get it, the female pharmacist insisted she was the one who gave it to me. Causing me instant anxiety & embarrassing me infront of other customers and staff insinuating I was

2 A thief
Super disrespectful I asked they review camera's was told by this women it will take 24hrs then I would receive a call with the outcome, no call recived I had to contact them to follow up, however I didn't expect one as she didn't even take down my number. Owner Dave state "It was all a mistake". I'm not likely to visit this pharmacy again

If you need to fill a medical cannabis prescription on the Sunshine Coast, this pharmacy is a good one to go to.

They do get very busy and sometimes a product can be out of stock, but if you have your TGA forms or a valid escript, it will be an effortless visit in my experience.

Best local pharmacy ever. I needed medication and was unable to collect it myself. The pharmacy delivered it at no charge within a couple of hours even though they were short staffed. They are always so friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are.

This afternoon I was gobsmacked.

The team at DCO - specifically Lyndell, Debbie & Kenny demonstrated patience, kindness & diligence & were instrumental in communicating the requirements for me to achieve the outcome that I desired.

They solved problems, took initiative and bent over backwards to ensure as a customer of theirs my needs were met.

I would never expect such a level of customer service on a busy Friday afternoon before dark.

While pharmacies ducked and weaved my attempts to move forward and solve the problem at hand, DCO demonstrated that they were in fact in another echelon from a customer service perspective.

David is the only decent helpful pharmacist lyndell and the other women seem to constantly create issues

Well if u get the rude jen that answers the phone expect to be hung up on. Never have I found such disrespect in customer service! Would highly recommend that u avoid the rude h we as she belongs to be out out in a paddock as she a right cow!

Friendly, professional staff. Great product knowledge. Well staffed pharmacy. Good product range, well stocked. Lovely gift warehouse too.

David and Ben are great, very understanding and helpful chemist's would be 5 star but they don't work 7 days a week

I've had a few run ins with the rude chemist named Lyndell, telling me what I can and can't have when it's not up to her it's up to my doctor. Been rectified by David multiple times. Sat on hold this morning for 2 and a half hours, called 6 different times thinking it might of been a phone problem. My partner walked in while I was on hold and no one was even being served, and all of a sudden they can answer. The way Lyndell treats people is horrible, the only reason im giving 3 stars is because of David, and the other staff, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Unbelievable service from the pharmacy team today. Our family is heading off on a long overseas trip and Juanita and the staff went above and beyond to guide us
on medications and extras to take away with us so our family stays healthy and happy they were only too happy to assist us with any questions or concerns we had and stocked a large variety of everything. Prices we a lot cheaper than other chemists we had been to and all staff were friendly.a refreshing change from other stores in the surrounding areas.worth the drive for customer service and prices

I have been coming to this chemist since David opened the store many years ago, l bought my first home at Pacific Paradise 27 years ago and always got my scripts filled there. We shifted to Nambour and still drive the half hour back to Pacific Paradise to get our scripts done. My partner Rob and l have always found David and his staff to be very caring, friendly, wonderful people who go out of their way to be of service. Cheers to David and Staff for their outstanding service to all

Had only good experiences here. Even when it is quite busy I am served pretty quickly. The staff seem very friendly and willing to help.

My script is dispensed faster than most chemists I've been too previously which is nice.

They have a very wide variety of things inside, a lot of OTC supplements that I usually can only find online.

We have been using this chemist for over 4 years, as of today I will never step foot in there again. Lyndall is the rudest most unhelpful person I have ever encount in retail. Jen is the only staff member worth dealing with, she needs to move on to a chemist that is of the same quality as her.

The staff at this pharmacy are ALWAYS helpful and very polite. They always try their best to help customers and offer the best support. Lyndell in particular has always been understanding and willing to be of service. These times are difficult for everyone, maybe people should just appreciate the workload of staff in these situations and be more patient and considerate.

The staff here in the dispensary are amazing. They are fast, efficient, extremely polite and no matter how busy they are, which is ALWAYS, staff always remain calm, helpful and positive. If there is a chemist award they should get one. And they are cheaper than any other chemist with all the same brands. LOVE THEM!
