I have introduced Digital 8 to multiple businesses to assist with building brands through website development, corporate templates etc. I keep going back as the service is always tailored to the project requirements which offers a personal touch. The most recent project, promoting App games through Google Ads which has shown exceptional results. Great work!

I had a truly shocking experience dealing with Digital8 when I approached them to redesign and rebuild my company website last year.

In the beginning, everything seemed to be under control. I provided the brief and was explicitly clear about wanting to completely rebuild the entire website. Design, build, everything.

I was quoted just shy of $15,000, confirmed a few things with the team and upon accepting the quote, everything went downhill from there.

Firstly, they made no communication with me for almost a month from getting started and paying the 30% deposit. I provided all the info requested and their invoices flowed quickly from there. I had 2x invoice payments requested within the first month and not 1 piece of actual work was supplied, until I followed up and queried what was going on they had pretty much just forgotten about me after getting paid.

My project was a hot potato around the company, and I recall dealing with up to 5x different people in total towards the end. No one seemed to take ownership of exactly what was going on.

The brief itself was very clear, and very simple. Nothing too extreme as far as design requirements, yet they still managed to fumble that and did not deliver what I had asked for.

The design guidelines I received was approx. $5000 poorly executed set of guidelines and severely overpriced in my opinion. So I made my feelings clear to them and had a very rude “project manager” provide some pretty rude responses to me about the process and my expectations.

The worst part was dealing with the Director who assured me they could get the project back on track…. Well, all she eventually confirmed was that the $15,000 did not include the actual website build, and that would be an added cost.

I was abundantly clear with them at the start about wanting them to build the site and to provide a turnkey solution with regards to our web upgrades.

When I wanted a face-to-face meeting with the director and the original 2 duds I dealt with providing the breif who promised the they could easily deliver what I wanted, they turned around and said there was no need for the meeting. They just shewed me away and simply did not want to face up to their absolute trainwreck of customer project management.

Long story short, DO NOT USE DIGITAL 8 EVER for web design and building services. I deeply regret ever having chosen to proceed with them and I would strongly urge other business owners to avoid them at all costs.

GPS ENVIRONMENTAL Engaged Digital8 in September 2022. It was the best decision I made. I’ve been in Business a very long time and very knowledgeable. When it came to SEO and AdWords, I was like a fish out of water! I had no experience at all. I knew the concept, but no idea how it worked. That was worrying to me. I tried 3 other companies, and it was a disaster! I look back now, and I was taken for a ride. I paid money up front, and I never received one lead or explanation of the progress of my website. Not many returned phone calls. Just a lot of direct debits and anxiety. I was very disheartened. Not just from the wasted money and bad service. The relief I have now has made an immense change to my company and mental state. There service is amazing. The entire team stayed and supported me throughout the entire process and still are. They were very patient with all the question I needed answered and I can be very annoying in the early stages, as I like to learn. Especially Freja. She is amazing, very friendly, professional, extremely patient, and very experienced in AdWords. Always there when I needed her. She is a big asset to Digital8.

I have been talking to Tim and his team at Digital 8 about a few different things and they have been amazingly insightful. I have very little understanding behind what I want and they have helped tremendously. Not only do they listen, but they suggest ways to frame your needs in a much more accessible and understandable way. BEWARE.

Once you pay for you site, hosting and SEO they don't care about you anymore. My company's website created and managed by this company has been down for a month because the domain hadn't renewed - even though it was registered in the name of Jeff from Digital8.

This required immense digging through DNS records - the company who asked me to help them wouldn't have had any knowledge on how to do this at all. Digital8 tried blaming them and preyed on this lack of digital knowledge.

How are you supposed to renew a domain when Jeff registered it in his name? I've now transferred it to a separate hosting website after calling and asking for Jeff 3 times to tell me the password for the website which was sent to his personal email.

My countless phone calls and emails have been met with 'Sorry we are busy' or telling me to contact Tim. Guess what? I have. I was told he would call me in an hour. Never happened. All I need is the website template so I can host it and not have to deal with this long, delayed and stupid process.

If this was one of your 'big' clients that you cared about you'd have it fixed in minutes.

At this point I just want my website back so I can leave and not have to deal with this unprofessional, unhelpful and unorganised 'company'.

All these 'positive' reviews are based on the sale of the product. It's so easy to buy as they help you out, but when you get entangled in this company's poor management (our rep 'left' the company which started all of this) they simply don't care anymore.

If you want me to change my review, call me back this time. I'd be more than happy to update it to reflect a better and more helpful customer service representative.

A company has lost thousands in the past few weeks because of your incompetence. If you don't want to deal with this, I suggest you do not choose Digital8.

Simply stunned by Digital8's lack of professionalism. Wasted 2 weeks of our time waiting - went completely unresponsive at a critical juncture in our product's release. Thankfully, we dodged a bullet long term if this is how they communicate with prospective clients.
