Massive help with unexpectedly squeezing the entire mattress inside the car. And I was all ready to glad wrap it to the roof of the Camry.

Review request sent before actual transaction as I have only had a quote frpm them, but all good so far.

Bought a king mattress from Simply Beds.
The lady in the store listened to our requirements and help us choose the right mattress.
It was delivered within a couple of days and the delivery guys were very helpful, even taking the packaging away.
The mattress is super comfy and now having the best nights sleep in years!

Will never recommend. Delivery people failed to assemble the bed but never refund. Bed is not really that comfortable compared to the ones I ordered with the same price from competitor.

Sumner Park. We spoke with Steve, who explained the differences between various mattresses. We ordered that afternoon, and it was delivered before lunch the next day.

A friend got me one of these mattresses on my behalf and it looks like it has been used iis dirty and looks secondhand to me there is no tag on it with date of manufacture or product serial number like other companies sealy or sleepmaker have! Looks like they have just recovered it as the base has stains and scuff marks underneath.i wont be recommending to anyone to buy from there! You are better to go with a reputable company to save yrself the worry there is something suspicious with this company buyer beware

Excellent service and help with queries about bed and mattresses. The Sara double bed we bought for $249 looked way better than the photos. So happy with purchase - daughter loves it, and my mother wants one. Had been looking at a similar bed from another store and it was over $1000. Will try to add a photo later.

Simply Beds had in stock the bed I needed, sales rep polite and efficient. Delivery was offered quickly, will visit again when another bed needed.

The delivery was quick but would have been nice to receive a call/SMS advising of the delivery time prior as I was called to say delivery was in 30mins but I was at work with no other option of delivery time so they literally let it outside my garage otherwise I would have had to wait another week.
The base is perfect the but the mattress not worth the $250 paid Giselle box mattress same price much better quality.
