Dentists on the Gold Coast

I was very apprehensive about visiting the dentist.
Was pleasantly surprised with the comfort, no pain, caring procedure i recieved.
My dentist was very gentle and I did not feel a thing.
Highly Recommended.
Plus my other concern was the cost of the procedure I needed.
Was very happy with my fee.

Kylah, Sarah, Dr. Amar and his assistant answered all my questions from A to Z, and were the most wonderful, understanding and helpful people!

It was my second visit, I had difficulty booking a dentistry appointment, but I received help on the spot, the flexibility is on top! Definitely will be back again and recommend this facility especially if you just arrived and don’t know whom to visit for the teeth issues. Prices are good too

This practice just lost a 3 year patient because of their poor service and unprofessional behaviour and I want to share my terrible experience.
A month ago I booked an appointment for Saturday 13th May, then 2 weeks ago I received a call to confirm the appointment which I did. On Thursday morning I received another call saying a $50 deposit was required by 7pm same day or my appointment would have been canceled. As I was at work I said I would have tried to call back later which I did, claiming I was OK with deposit but
a) I didn't feel comfortable to give my card details over the phone;
b) timing was very inappropriate (48 hours only before the appointment) ;
c) considering the $50 deposit had never been mentioned before (we spoke on the phone on 11th April to book the appointment and on 29th April to confirm it) threatening me to cancel the appointment was unfair and unprofessional.

The receptionist understood and told me the $50 deposit might have been waived for this time. Anyway on Friday morning I received another call saying the deposit was required in order to keep the appointment.
Why did you only mention the deposit 48 hours before the appointment and never mentioned any other time you spoke to me over the phone? Is this how you treat your patients and communicate to them? Long story short they lost a patient.

Dr Amar and his his team were absolutely amazing! Eased my nervs and gave me a pain free wisdom extraction. Very friendly team also! Highly recommended Dentist on the gold coast.

Dr Amardeep is highly educated and experienced dentist he makes his patients comfortable and always achieves excellent results.

Not sure there’s anywhere else with nicer people! Very thorough and a pleasant experience:)

Amazing service from all the lovely team at dentist on the gold coast! They handled my invisalign treatment so well and i am so happy with the results! Especially the amazing receptionist Kylie, your kindness doesn't go unnoticed!:)

Dr Lamb has been very helpful and thorough in dealing with my fillings, very nice lady too. The receptionists are also great with communication and very nice. Also very to easy to book an appointment online. Definitely a happy customer.

Dr Zaid is an amazing Dentist. He is gentle, patient and fully explains the treatment and answers any questions you may have. I would like highly recommend Dr Zaid and the team to anyone who want a superior experience in relaxed and friendly environment. Thank you again.

One of the worst, went in for tooth removal, but first visit, tooth clean and xray, cost $400,2nd visit 2 fillings, cost 600$. Was meant to have appt a week later but, didnt the tooth next to one of filings broke away and the upper filing i felt pressure on the tooth, she had created a food trap up there. I now have serious infection in my tooth that wasnt removed, which has gone to my jaw. To descibe it in one word, S H I T HOUSE.

I have received fantastic treatment by Dr Kristen Griffin and her team. I sincerely congratulate Dr Griffin for her remarkable tooth extraction experience. She is simply wonderful. I really admired her.

The lady on the front desk has excellent customer service. Very warm and welcoming and helped me understand what was to me, the "new process" of private health care extras, and what I will pay out of pocket on the day i arrived.

Dr Zaid, is also an exceptionally good dentist. I'm not the biggest fan of sharp objects in my mouth and would rather have a nice burger or pizza.and bloody oath, a nice, cold beer in my mouth instead. However, Dr Zaid was efficient, and delicate, that I didn't feel much in the way of pain or discomfort during my routine cleaning and filling.

If you're scared of dentists, I highly recommend Dr Zaid. He'll be gentle, and fix up that smile of yours and help ya get that lady or gentleman that you've been eyeing because of how good your teeth will look.

Will be returning soon to get my other fillings done.

5 service. The moment you walk in and greated by reception, hygienic rooms, consultation, treatment and after care discussion. I needed a lot of work done delayed by the pandemic and it's financial implications. Kylie on reception took me through a DentiCare payment plan which was such a relief and a blessing. Thank you to Zaid and team. I shall see you soon!

Our dentist of over 25 years retired, scary moving to another. But Dr Zaid and his team made us feel right at home, lovely setting and great conversation with minimum input required from you as your mouth is busy. My daughter is not a fan of dentist visits but raved about her last visit all the way home.

In all my years of going to the dentist especially in the public system I have never felt so comfortable and so well informed of what was happening. He was so gentle and kind and made me feel safe and that is a huge deal when your on a chair feeling vulnerable. Best experience ever and now I don’t want to go back to the public system.
