Rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologising for not specifying that they do not sell 1m length of a handrail the guy on the phone started calling me names and swearing at me. Make yourself a favour and never deal with them. I know I won't ever.

Update (reply) : Nobody taught you how to run your business. No need to play a victim. You put an adv saying you sell by LM and I called you and asked for just one LM. One LM is still one linear meter mate.
There were no requirements to buy more than one LM in your adv. And when you told me you don't sell one LM I only told you to put a minimum length in your adv so people with small length won't be wasting their time calling you.

And you went crazy calling me names and swearing. And you could have stopped there but you found my business and left me a fake review. That's just wrong. I dealt with your business and based on what has happened my review is my actual experience with your business. Your review to my business is a personal attack. I will make sure Google will deal with you for what you have done and your review to my business will be removed. You have been reported already.

And it seems it is not just me who considers you being rude. Other reviews say that too.

The most rudest person (TK or PK) I have spoken in a long long time. I have used a carpenter and he recommended me this business. And from the minute I paid the amount in full, I regret why I have not used the Bunnings. A place every one knows. My project is still on hold because of this guy. For starters, the delivery guy was a shocker. Bought nearly 10k worth of wood and materials and the guy had no receipts or a docket to sign. Whole project needed only 3 bags of cement. This guy invoiced me for 25. I had to hire a skip bin for the waste. More than 15 Stirrups was wrong and wasted but he put that in the invoice. Now, wood delivered was short and incorrect. Came to the site and fixed the one of many comedy of errors. Came to the site again, instead of taking measures and try to figure out what went wrong in supply of wood and materials, he decided to have a conversation with my wife and leave without any action. When I contact the guy for a remediation of the issue, he hang up on me saying “If you want more wood, you F. ING pay for it. May be this is how these guys do business. Please be aware of these type of guys. My mistake - not done enough research on this business before paying. One might think we have to support small businesses. This is not the case with these guys. Stay out and use Bunnings instead. At least you get what you paid for. And usually a friendly smile at the checkout.

We have had dealings with Decking Wood QLD on various projects of our home and found them to be very helpful. Sometimes, they have gone out of their way and supplied on short notice. They specialise in supplying Merbau and set lengths decking. Just saw a review before and found it strange as obviously previous reviewer has no idea how building construction process works. A female staff at counter was very helpful but unfortunately a person claiming to be the owner was rude. An unpleasant experience & waste of time.

We recently purchased decking timber from TK. Fabulous service.had a slight hiccup with some extra timber we ordered and TK fixed the issue immediately.would definately purchase from them again

TK runs a professional family business, great service, quality and prices. If only ALL timber suppliers operated this way, though I suppose TK is happy they don't. From our experience they really don't.

When the project is fully complete I promised to upload the photos of all the decking, it looks GREAT.
