What an amazing place opened 24/7.the coffee is great at any hour, the staff is amazing too. Good job, guys!

Really sad to say that after being a frequent customer for almost 3 years— tonight I was refused service because the method of transportation I arrived in was my motorcycle.

It seems that the larger groups of bikers have ruined it for the rest of us by revving their engines and producing noise complaints. And now all folks who arrive on a motorbike will not be served at night time. This is signed inside the building too.

I don’t agree at all with how the business addressed the problem. I’ve loved this spot since I moved to Brisbane and to be cast out like this with the rest of the trash really hurts.

Shame on those bikers for their conduct and shame on the business for how they’ve handled the situation. I won’t be bringing my work crew on weekdays anymore, regardless of our cars we take there during the day.

Easily the BEST coffee in Brisbane. Everything about this place is on point! The vibe, the service, the 24/7 opening hours and of course the coffee! LOVE!

Ordered an Ice Latte, 3 shots, 14oz only for $6. Taste delicious, not a hipster type of Coffee, but delicious! And its only $6! Happy tummy!

Awesome late night coffee, open really late. Perfect for the late night shift after coffee experience! I go there weekly after djing in the valley, and it's always open. Coffee is always top-notch!

Very cool decor, unique and different from the other cafes that I’ve been to so far in Brisbane. Coffee was smooth and tasty. Would recommend. Also pretty cool how this place is open 24/7 when most of the other cafes close around 2pm here. Baristas were friendly and it’s more of a stop and go place - not really a place to sit down and have a chat in my opinion.

All you north Americans will love this one. One of the few places in oz that you can get pumpkin pie

Death before Decaf is my local spot. The coffee is so smooth and yummy every single time. It doesn't matter what hour you are craving a coffee, you can fulfill that need. It is open 24/7! Can you believe it? Well believe it. I have to say my coffee addiction has definately hit a peak since finding this spot on Brunswick Street. The decor and music is a vibe and it is a must do if you haven't been! 10/10

Best coffee in Brisbane. Have been going to DBD for over 6 years now and the coffee has always been the same. Incredible choices, amazing 24/7 fast service, so close to New Farm park and the river walk. 11/10 no idea why i haven't given a review sooner.

Hands done the best coffee in Brisbane. The atmosphere they've created and their staff are second to none, which make the entire experience. 24 hour service, too! Without these key elements, they'd just be another cafe, but they're not, they're DBD. This truly is the best place to grab quality coffee from.

1000th review! I've always enjoyed a takeaway coffee from death before decaf. Also have noticed they are well-utilised by emergency services workers, which I think must speak to their efficiency and damn good coffee.

Super understand the security and the need to be mindful of the neighbours after all it's a coffee shopn in New Farm, not a pub at the Valley. Staff is also brilliant! Honestly not only Brisbane's best coffee but some of the best coffee I've ever had. Have been going here on a semi regular basis for years & have always gone out of my way to go over to New Farm just for their coffee. Staff are always lovely, it's amazingly affordable & the merch is really cool too.

Love this, goes to a 24hr coffee shop buys a coffee, stands on the side of the road to drink said coffee gets told to move along and we are going to get banned while drinking the coffee I just bought. The security that the owner has hired really doesn’t want the customers to be at this business.

All in all a very odd and disappointing experience.

Great coffee shop in new farm. Experienced skilled baristas, friendly courteous staff, funky music. I would have loved to sit down and enjoy their coffee in a mug. Only negative is their vulgar puerile wording on the menu board.

Yum! The coffee is excellent, the vibe in this place is cool and they have BUTTERBINGS. If you do not know what that is, go in and ask. They're so good it feels illegal.

Stuff are a pretty cool lot and the decor just kills me. Perfect for a weekend relax. No in store seating.
