Lady with the mouth piercing in fragrance was so disgustingly rude. Just asked her a simple question and she rolled her eyes at my friend & I. So disappointing as everyone else that works here are lovely. Hope they get rid of rude workers there as their reputation is usually amazing.

Robina store is fabulous.
Andrea, you were absolutely lovely today, helpful, chatty, it was such a pleasure to shop today at my favourite place.

Very nice store and super professional and helpful team of staff. You're not badgered or intruded upon while browsing, just a polite, "would you like any help? " and then you're left to continue your shopping. Only reason for the less than 5 stars is the range. Compared to the Pacific Fair store, it's not quite as good, but still good nonetheless.

I was privileged to be served by Chanel when choosing which make up concealer to purchase. Chanel listened to what I wanted and treated me with a dignity and respect that I haven't experienced in customer service before. Thank you Chanel!

A large DJ's department store spread over 3 levels. Like all DJ's shops goods are well presented and excellent quality. It has good lighting and a generally up-market atmosphere. There are adequate staff and generally staff are polite and helpful but not high pressure which makes for a relaxed shopping experience. DJs often run sales and promotions when selected goods can be purchased at significantly reduced prices. This store does not have a restaurant or coffee shop but plenty are available with the Robina shopping centre. Look for parking signs which indicate the parking area closest to the store.

Myself and my groomsmen have received the most incredible service from Patrick in the suiting section over the last couple of months in the lead up to my wedding. His knowledge and assistance every step of the way made everything so easy. While I never normally leave reviews, Patrick from David Jones Robina continued to go above and beyond for us and I can’t thank him enough. Also, if you’re ever looking for a suit, the dinner suit from Joe Black looks great!

Had a fantastic experience while shopping in the men's department at David Jones at Robina. Staff exceptional service, with a smile too! Very helpful, polite and very professional. I went yesterday (19th of September 2022) for an exchange in the "All Beauty" department. A very nice lady, called Tanya from Givenchy assisted me. What a great experience to deal with someone who treat you with respect, although I was looking for a Dior product. Well done Tanya, you made my day! Professional, respectful and patient. I will come back for sure!

Went in for a specific thing, got them no trouble.very happy. Staff very nice and helpful.

I had the worst experience at David jones this afternoon. I waited at Chanel for about 10 minutes, the lady working didn’t even acknowledge me. After waiting patiently, and not being acknowledged I then went to Myer and was served and greeted as I walked in. I’ll never go back to David jones again. So rude! And worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! 0 star rating!

We went shopping at David Jones unexpectedly this morning found the staff extremely helpful and attentive in all departments a joy to chat to the lady in ladies wear so nice and attentive then the shoe department lady from wittners such a joy to be served by these two ladies very friendly with a beautiful smile. It was very pleasant to see Rhonda Little and Barry.

The store is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am a larger women and have bought some lovely pieces of clothing at David Jones Robina in the past but on my recent visit I could not find any plus size clothing. I was disappointed as I would shop there if I wanted something different or a bit special. Christmas decorations are beautiful and plenty of gift packs for all.

Since my last visit City Chic has arrived at David Jones which caters for larger sized women. I'm very happy to see this as they are a good quality Australian brand.

Some great sales are on at the moment.

David Jones was a waste of time looking for bigger men's clothes sizes.as very limited selection

DJ was very quiet & it wasn't easy finding a staff member who could assist in male clothing

The in store toilets were clean

So very disappointed with the experience we had today in womens fashion. Possibly and sadly we felt we were in a scene from Pretty Woman! Informatively during our time there we got to know - how many shifts you have got this week, when your breaks are-and why the same pieces are priced differently- as this was the focus of your time -not us- and sadly very little service. Disappointing as we were your only customers at the time and we still purchased 3 items. There where 4 of you and only 2 of us! It's online shopping for me moving forward!

Staff were great and very helpful however the store is super expensive and very confusing to orientate around and find things.

Went to buy a present last week and I couldnt find one staff member on the second level who wasnt on their mobile or talking with each other. It always amazes me each time I shop there that I may actually be interrupting the staffs conversation. I had to wait for one guy to finish playing on his mobile in the end I walked away. There was an amazing guy near the luggage section who was standing the looking around for somebody to help. He spent over 20 mins trying to find the item I was looking for, I wished I got his name. He has probably has so many reviews. He was amazing. If only they were all like that

If I could give no stars i would. Went there today to try and buy an accessory for a an electric shaver. Yep had a look in electrics area they had shavers, in a locked cabinet.did they have any accessories.who knows. There was not one person working to be seen anywhere in this section. Eventually I found a small counter near the books, yep a lady asked if she could help, i had the shaver with me, oh I am looking for replacement head for this shaver, you sell the shavers, do you have spares.she picked it up looked it over like she had never seen one in her life. Then said sorry I would have no idea.well there is not a single staff person to be seen over that entire side of the store. Well I am sorry I dont have any idea and could not help you was the second answer I got. I said thanks dont worry yourself I will try somewhere else. No wonder this store never has customers in it, I will never be going back.

Really expensive. Only good thing is you get to rest of the shopping centre by going through it.

Absolutely the worse store for click and collect- Then they refuse to transfer to a manager or help in anyway- They said the rules for click and collect- DJ can change or cancel and order-BUT SHOPPER CANT! I ordered then they sent an email saying the had canceled half the order due to lack of stock-Fine- no issue except they now REFUSE to cancel the whole order!
