She made the whole process easy and has continued to keep me up to date with the progress of my return. I have always found the parts guys to be very professional, I went in today for a $10 part & they couldn't have been anymore helpful to track it down for me.

Been in there twice now first time to buy a bike second time to buy a helmet amd both times got ignored. Worst motorcycle shop I have ever been to!

Great place for bikes, clothes and parts. Everyone is always very friendly. No matter if it's days or months since my last visit, they always remember my name and come over for a handshake. The mechanical side is in my opinion, second to none. There has never been anything that i have asked that they don't know.

The process from looking to the signing of the paper work was an absolute please. But after that it all goes down hill. The staff don't want to know you and you do not matter. Promises they made are broken and simply told o well bad luck.
If you just wanna buy a bike go there. For anything else especially apparel do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
