Brooke is an amazing, knowledgeable trainer who makes classes fun while challenging. She sets exercises, models them for us and then regularly walks around the room to check out posture, making the necessary corrections and encouraging us. Her explanations are very clear and useful, I only wish I could attend more often! Highly recommend.
