Make purchase online late Thurs night only to find shelf price next morning to be cheaper than the $10 rip off I received the night before. Make a complaint on Chat (Tim) says Boo Hoo. Seriously whats the point of Member Offers if all your doing is Screwing with us
Very easy to order online and pick up at the shop. I have always found their prices are the lowest and the biggest range of products.
Absolutely useless delivery contractor. 3rd attempt to deliver 5 days later was successful.
And you can't leave delivery instructions for online orders or call Dan Murphys to leave a phone number or delivery instructions and Woolworth customer care actually don't care or pick up the phone.
Staff very helpful, only thing I'm unhappy about is that our own Queensland XXXX BITTER they do not order enough for us XXXX BITTER lovers.
Rushed into The Gap store late yesterday to buy 4 christmas gifts and had Zack look after me. He was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made everything so easy for me and I was out of there in 20 mins.

Dan's DOESNT deliver!
I put an online order in and despite it saying deliver within two hours they didn't show up.
I got a text message the next day to say the didn't deliver!
So I went to the store, they were don't blame us the deliveries are buy a third party. Even though it says Dan Murphy's!
Ok so what about a refund of the $15 delivery fee seeing as they couldn't deliver and I had to pick up. Oh no, sorry that is not us, that is the online division. Can't help you (not) sorry.
As far as bottlos go this was the best experience I've had yet thanks to customer service, and a great selection that had most of what we wanted.
Good. It does worry me though that the wineries are not getting the money they deserve for their efforts
First time here the layout is a bit confusing at first, but staff helpful, although they did not know where to get Penfolds Grange Hermitage for $7/bottle!
After thirty years shopping at this location alas I will have to find another. I’m 62 and my partner is 40 and because she did not have ID we were refused service at the register - It’s the Law was the excuse!
The Assistant Manager humiliated both of us with complete indifference with what was clearly and obviously a mistake.
Unfortunately Dan Murphy’s The Gap is very much behind the curve and couldn’t wrap their head around my valid NSW digital license (that has been accepted at all other venues) even after showing them other forms of ID. As such, I had to purchase my goods from the BWS around the corner, who had absolutely no issues with my ID. Thus Dan Murphy’s have lost a loyal customer and potential sales. SHAME
Just wanted to acknowledge great help from Declan at bottle shop. Needed help but didn't have to ask. He offered help and was polite and kind. Appreciate manners and caring staff without attitude. Five stars. Thank you.
Its a grog shop, not much more to say, prices ok. Brought some everyday wines at reasonable prices. Join their club for a better deal.
Went here to pick up a present for a mate's birthday. I ordered it online and it was ready for me to pick up next day.
Checkout staff obviously felt they were above touching product to scan when paying at the counter. Feel sorry for you, having to settle for a job that you clearly think is beneath you.
Otherwise, other staff on the floor were brilliant.
The staff are super helpful and really lovely to deal with. All are wearing masks, and this is encouraged for customers too. Huge range of every type of liquor, mixer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Good prices, too.

There's nothing like walking into Dan Murphy's The Gap on a Sunday morning after a massive night out and receiving the best customer service a hungover gal can ask for. Especially from the tall man with the trendy T-shirts. He can recommend a good Sav Blanc alright. Too bad he wasn't there yesterday? Where is he?
Excellent for beer wine and spirits of many varieties. But be warned it is rubbish if you need to buy a llama!
Apart from the great range and prices, the staff are always helpful if you can't find something (in my case, today, Baileys)
