Staff do not have any customer service skills. I have to bag my products every time I go. They never ask. Brooke is very rude!

Went there the other day and got served by a hot as chick with a real nice soothing attitude, went today and got served by some bloke who wasn’t too pretty on the eye.
Ended up with some beers but so wasn’t too bad.
Hope she’s back tomorrow.

Huge range of drinks to choose from and staff were helpful, asking if I needed a hand with anything.

Would like to see a imported beer section. With traditional / original beers from Europe and new takes from newer brewery's and brew masters.

Staff are always willing to help, and come up to see if you need a hand. Wonderful customer service.

Easy going workers - been going here for awhile and have always noted great service and good security.
Few years ago I saw a deal online that wasn't in store - took awhile but the manager figured out it was a Dan's member exclusive online offer only however he still put it through for me. I felt like I was troubling them at the time but he reassured me it was totally fine and I believe it.

Several months ago they started stocking soju, I would order this on the portal and pick up when they had the combo deals. When I came to pick up my third order that month the manager asked me how I drank these and if I thought it would do well. Good communication skills and interest in what the locals think.

Store is always tidy and workers are all around to help if you ever need a hand.

It confuses me that sometimes I never get asked for ID but then I get asked for it 4 times in not even 2 minutes, with them saying to my face that they know I just got asked but they need to as well. Pretty unnecessary, coming in and checking out is fair but not every 20 steps

Maybe the best prices around the beer I buy is always the cheapest price there but at busy time, s hard to park

Only thing I have that is slightly negative is the car park can be a bit pokey when busy - you can generally park in the shopping centre car park if you're willing to walk a little! Good luck trying to turn right into Redbank Plains Rd in peak hour from the main shopping centre car park entrance!

I’m always very happy with the selection and service. Staff are really helpful- last visit I couldn’t remember which wine I bought… they were able to look up through the system with my Dan Murphy card and tell me… this took a while too so I really appreciate they made this effort. Would have been so easy to say forget it.

The service is awsome staff members are very helpful and polite, its the only Dan Murphy's I go to great place
