Dan Murphy's Kawana

Finally got to meet the new Wine Merchant Gavin. Very impressed with the range of Margaret River wines, honestly one of the best selections I have seen on the East Coast. Usually very limited, even at Uncle Dan's but was great to see some variety for once. Gavin really knows his wines and was great to chat with.

Good range and service. Quite often online price is cheaper than the store but they will match the price.

Staff are friendly and prompt to give customer service and offer assistance. Cheapest grog on the Coast and great range

Usually the cheapest place to buy alcohol. Wide aisles, occasionally have taste testing. I don't see any benefit in having a Dan Murphy's card. Seems to be just a way to track consumer spending.

Excellent range of rare Single-Malt Whisky, some I'd never seen in person.
Also- such GREAT service, one young (tall, skinny) Lad was so helpful and friendly that I will ALWAYS go out of my way to shop there. I think his name was Sam.

Usually pretty good with their range however not this time. Advertised bottle of Rose but they don't carry it. Took an alternative hope its just as good

Huge selection of alcohol available at very competitive prices. A better selection of genuine craft beer would be great.

Good spot to pick up a six-pack of a really certin such of dark Germanic beer.

Service is always poor, staff are argumentative and uncaring. Meals are okay but expect to wait for everything and then get overcharged. Very disappointed and there are plenty of other places to eat.

In these unprecedented times of COVID-19, I chose to "click and collect" some wine and spirits on my first ever transaction with the Kawana store. They were amazingly quick to fill my order - within 20 minutes or so - and I headed to the store, which was about 8 minutes from home. I drove around the large perimeter of the store but couldn't find the collection bay. A very quick phone call explained where to go and what to do when I got there (very politely, of course). A minute or two later, the smiley attendant brought my contactless order to the car leaving me a very satisfied customer.

Huge selection of beer, wine, spirits and liquors. Helpful knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Was there as a contractor recently but friendly staff always willing to assist happy to find that one awesome drop of wine or bubbly or point out the specials. Great team. Disability parking out front of the entrance rolling ramp up to the entrances and around the complex easily accessible. Great experience.

Two helpful staff helped me find some Coopers Dry that was on special. Pleased to learn that Coopers is still Australian Owned.

Allways value for $$$. Great specials, nice to have a try before you buy as well. Membership specials as well.

If you have a small order don't bother with ordering online. By the time someone is available and then they find it. Check your I'd and give it to you it's quicker to grab it yourself and cue. Tried a few times. Never again.

Ok, didn't have what I wanted even though advertised on website -staff were helpful though, just a frustrating trip for nothing

Good range of items, though new setup difficult to navigate. Need to have more premium vodka's, especially Japanese. Was told better range online.
