Dan Murphy's Dalrymple

After several visits to this store looking in the carton fridge for Mercury Draught Cider, there was no cartons in this fridge, no Dan Murphys has cold cartons of this product. One of the male staff asked if he could help me. I told him that I have been going to these stores and no cold cartons. The floor person told me that he will make sure that there will at least one cold one for next time. I went in yesterday, low and behold there it was. Little things go a long way. THANKS MATE. I buy about 5 cartons of this product per fortnight. Here's hoping for cold cartons.

Normally I get lots of help at most Dan Murphy's, but they staff were quite rude, and condescending. Maybe just because of the Christmas rush?

Outstanding service.we purchased a heap of white sparkling, wine and beer for a family function. Store manager Dave was fantastic and helped with the right selection and even agreed to store everything in their cool room until needed a few days later. Highly recommend Dan Murphy's Dalrymple.

Brought another carton of beer from the cool room and guess what it's warm again why would you stock a cool room in the middle of the day. Can't reach them on the phone very ordinary

What can I say, hubby is always like a kid in a lolly shop when we visit Dan Murphy. The staff are always very helpful, if you can't find what you are looking for.

Large store with a good range plus a few good specials. The staff were friendly and infomative. Got a couple of good bargains here before heading to Port Douglas, where no doubt, booze will be expensive.

Love this store. Always wine bargains to be found, and beer prices are competitive. Well located in Bayswater Road.

Melissa wasn't very customer orientated and lacked a friendly service demeanour. My docket also didn't reflect some of the specials listed on the shelves either. Doubtful if I'll return.

Went here this morning a man helped me heaps by packing my bag as I had trouble fitting a slab in my back pack as I only have a motorbike. Thank you heaps what an amazing store.

Walked in the door and immediate got asked if we were right and if we needed help, asked for a few specific items and got taken straight to them, prices were reasonable.

Five star review based on one staff member in particular. Ashley was super helpful and efficient, even during the pre Easter rush. He's a credit to Dan Murphy's.

The suggestion/review posters on stock makes choosing a little easier when trying to find something new with the large range to choose from

My go-to bulk buy booze shop in inner-city Townsville. A big shout out to Tea who gave me great advice and knew where every single bottle was in the store that I was after! Good selection of craft beer you won’t find in many other local bottle shops. Also admire the fast service on the checkouts whenever I have been there. Lots of wine to chose from too if that’s what you are looking for.

Customer service here was so good. The gentlemen were so helpful. Searched for out of stock products we needed and got the other store to hold them for us.

Always friendly staff and well stocked Warehouse. And they have good specials whatever I go there
