Just like any other dan Murphy's, lots of alcohol variety being served by staff who hate their job

Very happy asked about spiced rum. Got 8 different ones to try. Consequently we bought 3 different ones. Very happy with there service.

Very well kept store with a large variety of items. Never leave empty handed. Great value. High level of customer service provided when I couldn't find an item.

Managed to get some zero alcohol drinks, and they had heaps to choose from. There must be a lot of big drinkers in Rockhampton because that place was packed and it was Xmas eve.

It's a bottle shop and they sell Cointreau. What more can I say except I wish they stocked green Chartreuse.

Great range, as we've come to expect from Dan. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. As visitors to the store from out of town, their store and stock knowledge was useful and appreciated.

Well, I was impressed. I actually know my way around liquor stores well, so I generally don’t need assistance. But I was offered assistance 4 times by four different staff members within 5mins of each other late on a Thursday evening. Normally I hate the intrusion, but these were all friendly smiling staff members who genuinely wanted to offer help. That’s a well-trained team right there.

I’d say it’s fair to say that, if you are wanting help choose a gift or a special bottle of red… this would be the place for you.
