Cue Wintergarden

It is not often that I feel compelled to write a review for a women's clothing shop.

One I'm a male and two I hardly shop: P

But this brief experience with Natasha or Tash as she is know made my wife and my day just that much brighter.

She was cheerful, unintrusive, helpful, pick up on cues well, helped come to a buying decision by exploring likes/dislikes, offered varying colours options.

Her compliments come across sincere, and she didn't just blindly agree at just everything we said.

Professional and just the right touch of friendliness.

If there were more tash-es in the world, I would shop and buy much more.

If management in cue is reading this, you guys need to pay attention to one very significant asset. She's right here and her name is Tash.

Such wonderful customer service and friendly staff. They were very accommodating when returning items and held onto a dress for me as well. Mara in particular was so lovely. I've only recently bought Cue clothing and can't believe the fit of everything, I've never bought clothes that fit so nicely.

Big shout-out to Lucy at Cue Wintergarden Brisbane I came to the store one afternoon late at five minutes before closing time, as I was having a last-minute post-work search for an interview outfit. Lucy was so warm, helpful and sympathetic as she offered suggestions and showed me different items to try on. I was really sorry for holding up Lucy but she just warmly reassured me that it was alright, while she enthusiastically continued with my outfit hunting. I felt like I was being helped by a concerned good friend. I was so touched. Thanks so much again for your kind and generous help, Lucy. ‍️

Love popping into Cue on my lunch break at work. The clothes are on trend and are fantastic quality. Australian owned, designed and made which justifies the price tag for me.

I rarely leave reviews for retail stores but I have been here a few time and it's some of the best customer service I have experienced (anywhere). The staff are lovely, and so helpful without being pushy or making you feel uncomfortable. Keep up the great work!

I had the best shopping experience ever here. I loved their helpful, honest and approachable staff (shout out to beautiful Karlie for looking after me!). I was guided through what styles and shapes best match my profile and my personality. I have never had such kind and respectful staff providing exceptional service until I shopped here. Arrogant staff attitude. When I asked about a dress that I saw on cue website. The staff said it loudly - ‘This can only be found in a discount store! We are not a discount store’. Well, thank you very much for putting a giant 50% off sale sign on your window!

They used to have nice sensible varied color schemes. Subliminal racial profiling in fabric choice isn't trendy. Stop mooching off my social media. Forgive me God, but your wrath is justified here.

The store is tiny they need a bigger store. I walked in yesterday at lunch. You can barely move. Rackes on the sides, in the middle and everywhere else. Plus they put racks on the change room so it reduces the amount of change rooms and therefore a very long wait for change rooms. I was first in line for a change room and waited 20 minutes because they had one room out because of racks being in there. After I complained they took the rack out. I think this store is set up to fail. It’s just too squashy. Future cue shopping at MYER.

Nice modern cuts, ritzy office wear.high price for what you are getting especially considering Zara is next door.
