Omg goodness, I cannot believe the disgusting verbal abuse I have received from such a staff member of a business. This staff member or owner does nothing but swear and abuse and threaten customers over the phone every time a customer requests to speak to the manager. It is that extensive that I have reported this to police. This has happened to two business people today as I have seen another social media post about the same experience. I suggest to never approach this business unless recording or you have a burly man with you ladies. I feel he would physically attack you.

I recently purchased a 10L paint from Crystal Paint, and unfortunately, my experience with their return policy was quite disappointing. I had purchased the paint with the intention of using it for a project, but circumstances changed and I never even opened the can. Hoping to return or exchange it, I visited the store the day after the purchase.

To my surprise, the staff member I spoke to was unwilling to assist. Despite explaining my situation and the fact that the paint was untouched, they firmly refused to accept a refund or exchange. This left me feeling frustrated and stuck with a product I had no use for.

I hope that Crystal Paint considers revisiting their return policy and places a greater emphasis on accommodating their customers' needs. A more understanding and customer-oriented approach would go a long way in creating a positive shopping experience for everyone.

In light of my experience, I'm hesitant to make future purchases at Crystal Paint and recommend potential customers to carefully consider their return policy before buying products from them.

Very helpful. We were trying to find the right oil with colour to refresh our bamboo fence. Bunnings just don’t have the quality that these guys do! Now our fence looks brand new again. Go see them!

I’ve used the marine paint on four boats I revamped on the interior and find the tough polyurethane paint to be better then gel coat doesn’t flex and peel of like gel coat it doesn’t peel at all and after a couple of years you can wash it and repaint it

Great specialist paint store who manufacture their own paint products. Their "Tile, Laminate & Melamine Paint" does exactly what it says on the tin. Even paints shower tray tiles and floor tiles to give them a new lease of life. This product beats the Dulux Rennovate range and White Knight Laminate paints hands down in my opinion.

Easy parking and simple service, was talked into upgraded undecoat. Hopefully i notice the difference, will be back for other paint types

I have used the Marine paint on a Boat and now a Caravan it's soo good quick drying hardwaring and super glossy. Fully recommended

Don't go to to the large hardware chain! I like the big B, but these guys are the painting guys.
Their paints and supplies are excellent and cheaper. The help and advice you get from them is top notch.

I bought 4lit with them for my doors and 2 discounted paint for $5 each which is perfect for my flower pots. The customer service is great and the guy who helps us named is very helpful and they didn’t charge me for an extra 8 oz of ink.
