Great place to work out.
Coaches are awesome and friendly patrons at the gym, real open team environment.
Have a 6 week fundamentals course to get you interested and confident with the programming offered.
They offer an elite course for more serious Crossfitters.
Great crossfit box! Would recommend to anyone looking to see what Crossfit is about, or just looking to get fit.
