Crossett’s Family Butchery

After researching lots of local butchers I decided to try Crossett's for various reasons as well as all their 5* reviews. The shop is very clean and well set out. I was greeted by a lovely girl with great customer service and it only got better from there. The Butcher went above and beyond to make more mince for me and explained the difference in some of their meats and was very informative. They then offered to sign me up to their loyalty program which I was very happy about and haven't seen another butcher do one, so that's a great idea. I then received some free organic lolly pops for my children who weren't even with me and a couple of bones for the pup. I will be spreading the word about this fantastic family owned business. Can't wait to come back. We'll done Crossett's team.

I am so glad to see this organic butcher hasn't closed down but has just changed hands! Such a good range, as well as friendly and helpful new owners. Having a business like this to shop at makes a huge difference to the variety & quality of food available to us locally. And the loyalty card/program is a great deal

We have always loved Nate as our Butcher because he provides exceptional advice, service and only the best product to his customers. We would know as my Husband is a Trade Qualified Butcher (that had been taking a break from the industry) and is very picky on the meat we buy. Now that we have tracked Nate down again, we will be travelling even further to come and get our meat as it is worth it!

Can’t say enough the most amazing friendly service and omg the meat so delicious and fresh my absolute fav is the maple bacon sausages the family is not happy if we don’t get them on my weekly shop
