Read some comments before I went, so wasn't sure what to expect. No issues to report, seemed like a wealth of knowledge to me.

Don't go here guys. I suspect the lady who runs it is incapable of happiness as she will be completely rude to you for no reason. Oh and she will get angry at you if you attempt to buy something from her shop, not that I'd call it a shop. Unless you feel like paying for rudness? Do yourself a favour and go to another leather shop. There are plenty of one's in this area with people who know how to smile.

Great service here, I've no idea what these 1-star reviewers are complaining about. We're new to leatherwork and got some great advice and picked up a few nice pieces of leather.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Only go here if you want to be verbally assaulted. The lady who runs it is absolutely rude and horrible, to the point where she will get angry if you want to buy something IN HER SHOP. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else this place is horrible.

An unbelievably angry lady was sharp with me on the phone when I called ahead about eyelets. I arrived to hear her complaining about “some lady wanting eyelets”. Then she saw me and shouted “too many people in the shop! ” So I offered to wait outside. Then when my turn came, she was so rude and condescending, I wondered if I was on candid camera. She clearly hates people and should close shop if that’s the case

Great range, friendly service. Minor discrepancy in times shown on various online services. Wed, all day. Thurs, half day.

Came in today for the first time to shop for a present for my partners birthday, who wants to get into leather craft. The owner was very helpful, and very willing to offer her advice and knowledge to us novices. We will definitely be back often. Thank you!:)

Stop in there when I'm working in the area for some leather supplies. Great store, and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Do not go here first thing in the morning wait until the afternoon. I have never seen someone so unhappy to have a store full of customers that will complain in a rude and condescending manner to and about you. Don't go here is your just starting out and looking for advice you will get nothing constructive.

What a great find. Carol the owner is a lovely lady and what she doesn't know about leather craft isn't worth knowing.
Be sure to visit during opening hours Wednesday & Thursday. Plenty of items to see in the store.

Very poor service at Crispin leather. When completely a mail order - I was spoken to in a very rude, unprofessional and condesending manner. I can definitely say that I won't be ordering from them again.

I have had a great experience at Crispin Leather. Carol has been a great help to me.
The range of genuine and high quality tools, the very high quality leather, great quality dyes and too many things to mention. I always get home and think of something that I want to buy next time.

Shop has a decent range and the prices are o given the lack of options in brisbane. Hours are limited though.

Also whatever you do, do not ask them how they are if you call on the phone. They will be quite rude to you. Best to do what you need with as little interaction as possible.
