Crafty's

Crafty's is a great venue. As a patron I always feel super welcome. Over the past few years I've become quite good friends with a number of staff, and it's such a nice feeling to go to a venue where everyone knows your name.

Another great thing about Crafty's is the wide range of ages who enjoy being patrons. The venue has a bar (a great bar where you can watch multiple sports) but families and children are happy to eat in the restaurant section at the same time.

The operation is extremely well run, and that filters from the top down via Dave Galvin the owner. An extremely successful entrepreneur in the hospitality sector, he sets high standards and it shows in both the quality of his staff and the quality of the food being served.

I wish Dave, and his team, immense success in the future.

Don't bother going for food. After getting a drink from the bar I was totally ignored by the wait staff. Fortunately there's plenty of other outlets that will take by business.

I booked Craftys for Melbourne Cup, it cost $90 for 4 hours of drinks (beer, wine, bubbles, 3 different spritz- yeah you read that right), a cheese board, main meal and dessert. Honestly they way undercharged. It’s not often I’m blown away but my goodness Craftys absolutely delivered in every way! I was never without a drink, the service was 10/10, seriously the service was so good and this makes such a difference so thank you! The steak and chicken were so tender and cooked to perfection, the dessert included 3 different mini cakes (sticky date, brownie, cheesecake) and tbh I wasn’t expecting much but they were all so yummy. Do not lose your chef! He knows food. What a place! I cannot wait to go back, well actually I’m nervous because now the bar is very high! I’ll be telling everyone about Craftys, it’s only been a day and I’ve already told a bunch of people. Thank you for a fabulous day!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! TONY is an incredible bar manager, made my night. Came over for dinner and he made us want to stay until close, best person to ever speak too really makes us smile! I'd pay the price just to be served by him.

After eating there twice within 3 days spending roughly $150 or more on lunch, on the second occasion my daughter and i decided we wanted sushi noodles from next door. My wife and son ordered burgers and chips there again and we thought we'd eat together. You then waited for me to finish before coming and having a whinge at my daughter about eating different foods there absolutely ridiculous. Anyway to sum it up poor form for paying customers and your prices for the food there is over priced so 1 star

Fantastic vegan falafel burger and tasty chips, also a really good bar menu and restaurant is spotless. Would recommend

Great meals.great atmosphere.great service. The staff here are great and its an awesome sports bar with all the footy played on big screens for your viewing pleasure. Great pub.

Okay so, usually don’t leave a review but this place is fantastic. If you like good food, you cant go past the chicken parmy burrito! It’s literally a whole parmigiana wrapped in a burrito- genius! Staff were amazing! Niamh was super helpful, super onto it and really funny! Will definitely be coming back

Date night spent at Crafty’s was amazing! We snacked on some delicious food while listening to live music with a very chilled, fun atmosphere. The service we received from Tom was second to none, he had a laugh with us and provided sample drinks to help us choose because they all sounded delicious. We stayed a lot longer than originally planned and probably drank more than originally planned. All in all a great time was had and we will definitely be back!

The manager tony is the coolest and welcoming person at crafty’s! Thank you for the hospitality! We will definitely be coming back to crafty’s!

Enjoyed the night overall.although it took a long time for our table to be cleared away.
Asked twice for a birthday cake to come out first time it came out without candles (which I supplied).
I have worked in hospitality myself and I saw a lot of staff just talking in front of the kitchen area when we had dirty plates etc to be cleared.
Also our table wobbled.really annoying especially trying to write with Trivia.
We tried to fix it but was unsuccessful.
Food was good and we still had fun but a few issues could be addressed.

Service very good, nice surroundings. Food could have been a little better.
Coleslaw was room temperature and chicken itself was a little tough and the coating was falling off.

Such a beautiful spot to eat out, family orientated, Customer Service from all staff was amazing, They are all friendly and work well as a team with smiles all around, The vibe was off the hook, The food was delicious and eating to live entertainment just tops it all off:)
