CPL - Choice, Passion, Life

I have ask Piet the question prior.
From my experience Piet is very happy with activities suggested so far. I am very happy with staff allocated to Pieter

I contacted CPL for help with applying for a grant for solar panels, as I are struggling to feed, my children. I skip meals to provide for them. The person I spoke to in March 2023 advised me she would help our little family and call me back in 2 weeks to help us as my daughter struggles in the heat and is very high risk to seizures and overheating. We cant afford the massive electricity rises as it is and she needs to be kept cool. Its now September.
Its sad when someone tells you I will help you even of its finding applications or filling out applications and then they disappoint you and you feel helpless. It would be nice to know why they do this?

All the staff are lovely and the speech therapist my son is seeing is lovely, respectful of him and what his needs are. Very happy with CPL.

A fantastic company who genuinely care about their clients. Great staff training/induction with updated modules to complete on a regular basis. Great support from management and staff. Highly recommend

It would be lovely if support workers we can dance holding there hands Around lovely poeple in Wheelchairs it make them so happy i kouw you can make that happened cpl because you are careing company i believe in you

Our son has been well catered for with the employment service division of CPL. Highly recommend they have been caring and considerate of our sons needs.

Very disappointed, have been registered with this service since May, disabled on my aged care, waiting for O. T mobility assessment, I was calling this service for nearly a month, no one returns my calls, this service needs to release my provider number back to my aged care, so I can get proper help, in 3 months, this service has never contacted me, and evetime I contact them, the staff member is away, I am house bound and cant wait anymore, now they have lost my appointments with O. T, and I was emailed to restart my application, very upsetting

CPL in our situation has been proved to a very supportive and competent organisation. Our family rates them highly for their preparedness to help and for their continuing policy of service improvement.

Was feeling lost and not supported and with help from cpl now I do feel supported and a bit more informed

For a client point of view they don't care about the clients concerns only stick for people don't do their job because I requested to move but still getting no one they took my opportunitys away I did see choices is made by able to do clients are taken their rights away and controlling their lifestyle won't let them get back on their feet

Despite requesting not to be continually harassed by phone calls, are asking not be be contacted until March 2019, I was bombarded with over 40 (!) calls yesterday.
Never a gain will I donate a single cent to this uncompliant mob.
