8Ive had the test twice now and both times have been a fail because the figer sencer comes off. Im sure i put a little bit of tape on it last time but it must not have been enough because it came off again. They've been very lovely and have let me do it up to 3 times so far. This time i asked them for more of that quare tape stuff. It works really well, i used this white tape last time as i didnt have enough of those big quares ones. I want to say how lovely they are so far.
Great service and price matching. I would recommend going with these guys for sleep study all the way through rather than a Doctor who is a lot more expensive for the same treatment. All the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company. Thank you! Great company.
The Team are great, both ladies ensure they listen and provide assistance as needed. It is a 50 min drive for me and well worth it for the service.

Melinda was amazing. My husband had previously given up on his CPAP after an unsupportive experience at another provider. Melinda was patient, knowledgeable and so supportive. Recently diagnosed and this is my first machine.
Where I had my study done wanted $600 more and only offered me a 7 day mask swap.
After doing some research I found these guys alot better price and have a 30 day mask swap.
In less than 2 weeks I've had good results and tried multiple masks.

Want to get spoken down to with attitude and a condescending tone, go to this store. The karen sitting to the left as you walk in is a bad employee. Lets all agree, we suffer from a breathing issue of some type or another, thats why we use cpap machines! So before she even said good morning to me, she barked at me to put a mask on, I told her I have breathing issues, thats why im here, and im exempt. Plus.the covid bs is over, pandemic has been declared by government as being over, so it doesnt apply. She rolled her eyes and huffed, I was pretty speechless. She snappily asked my phone number, didn't show my order, snappily asked my name, didn't show up, so I gave her my order number and she responded "you made your order at 3am, you really think its ready? " Stormed out back and returned holding my order and walked upto me like I was a lopper! No receipt, no thank you, no have a good day, she just started talking nicely to an older man, who also wasn't wearing a mask.good morning sir! So obviously she knows how to give customer service, she just didn't think I deserved it. Any who, im sure the business is a good business, and I dont think this weasel is a representation of how they want to treat good paying customers. Just beware of the karen that dwells within!
