Whenever I have been in the store I have found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Debbie, was awesome as she adjusted my mask straps and offered additional advice. Will definitely return.

CPAP Direct did everything possible to help me, Chrissy from Gladstone phoned Treen from Maryborough who borrowed a power lead to lend me while I was away. When I returned, Steve at Maroochydore helped me with the replacement. First class service, our family have been customers here over 20 years, and this is why. What an unorganized place the Maroochydore CPAP Direct Store is. Went online and online store shows the items I require are in stock. Phone store and waited to be called back, assured the items are available. Traveled to the store waited half an hour to be served only to be advised none in stock. Shop local everyone says, why bother with these unorganized wasters, so disappointing.

Service at CPAP Direct Maroochydore is amazing. Staff very helpful and Steve is just brilliant. He make you feel like nothing is too much trouble and he spends the time to ensure you are very comfortable with your purchase.

I purchased a cpap machine almost 12 months ago and took it in after 3-4 months with issues. The machine was to be sent away for warranty repairs. When i dropped in to check on the status of the repairs after a couple months the machine had not been sent off because they needed an extra part of the machine. Nobody had tried to contact me to advise me of this. Another 3-4 months later i dropped in again because these guys have never once called me to give me updates. Now apparently the machine is in transport back from the manufacturer but there is also a product recall on my machine? The person i was talking to had no idea whether they were sending a new machine or a repaired one. I had to leave as they were on the phone with the manufacturer and they were supposed to call me back that afternoon, not suprised i still havent heard from them. If i could get my money back i would never buy anything from this business again
