I have stopped here a couple of times, for accessories, on my way through Maryborough. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable and the service couldn’t be better.

I recently had a sleep study from here and I was unsure of the process, Trina was warm and friendly and explained everything clearly for me. I found out that I needed treatment and went back to once again received wonderful help from Trina who set me up with my cpap machine. I'm feeling much better now and very grateful to Trina and CPAP DIRECT for supporting me to get my health back on track.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Trina today.
She was extremely dedicated at her job she made me feel comfortable and was very helpful explaining all that I was to do to carry out the testing tonight when I sleep to measure me for sleep apnoea.
She answered any questions I had and I would highly recommend any persons who have concerns that they have sleeping or snoring issues to contact Trina and her helpful staff as they make you feel welcome when you walk in.

Extremely helpful and easy to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to help or offer advice. I was hesitant about switching my nasal mask out, but with a little convincing I’m glad I did, I was so happy with it I later bought another to leave with my 12 volt machine in the caravan. Best part, I didn’t even have to travel to Maryborough to purchase it, it was all done over the phone.

Thankyou to Trina for the upmost amazing customer service I've received in a long time anywhere.
I called up to enquire about a mask/strap fitting issue, Trish told me to come on down to the shop and she'd sort it.
I left with not only a new mask etc, but a completely new machine, as after making some calls and testing the device, Trina discovered that it was faulty, but still under warranty.
Trina gave me great advice on cleaning/caring for the machine, which was never explained on initial purchase. Trina ste up the machine and I was good to go!
Lovely lady, very knowledgeable and took however long she took to ensure I was happy.
Highly recommend Trina if you have sleep apnia problems, she'll definitely sort you out.
