From sleep test to going into trial a machine has been great. I was apprehensive but Janet put me at ease. Explained the machine and got me to try on a few different masks. Now to see how I feel in a month

I used reviews for CPAP Direct and decided on using a rented a airsense 10 for a month, They were most helpful on the setup and my expectations in therapy.
The month has now completed and I purchased a new machine smartmed ibreeze, Todd was extremely helpful on showing me the amazing features of this machine, I'm looking forward to many years of therapy.

This is a service review. The product is as expected. But I want to gloat on the service we have received after the fact.

I made a mistake on the order and I had to get a major change. In all honesty, they didn’t have to help us. We are well down the track of the purchase. However, after a phone call. The front service desk said they would look into the amendment and see if it was possible. And being very honest that it might be too late. Later on that day I receive an update saying they needed senior approval. Which meant we had to wait until the next business day. This is more correspondence than I expected and was a great relief. And then first thing in the morning. Our request was processed and amended!

This is how customer service should be. Honest and helpful. We know the world can’t be changed on everything. But having little wins like this from busy companies means the world to us.

Would order any and all products again.

I’ve been to quite a few CPAP businesses since I was diagnosed with sleep apnoea back in 2008 and CPAP Direct at Bundall has become the only business I will buy from. The staff are always efficient and helpful - especially with prices - and they always provide excellent advice. In fact, I visited the Bundall store today (16/5/23) and Todd’s customer service was exceptional.

Was a good experience to start off with, friendly staff who arranged my trial hire.
But need to sort their returns system out as I have had 2 text messages and an email threatening to charge me extra for late return, when I returned on the exact day that I was supposed to. Good job I asked for a receipt for return!
Followed up with an apology.

After purchasing a Resmed cpap here, I've been dealing with Todd and Gaya trying out different masks.trying to reduce my leaks. They have been fantastic. Extremely helpful. I've been to other cpap retailers and have found they give bad advice and just want to up sell. Todd and Gaya have both been genuinely helpful and I am great full. If you need cpap gear, this is the place to go.

Both my visits at Cpap Direct Bundall were very pleasant! I'm horrible with names but the lady that assisted me on my first visit was very helpful with renting a machine and today, another sales rep helped me in buying my very own. They were both very attentive, courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend

To date am sceptical about these guys just a gut feeling.
However after speaking with the store manager Kelly today i am, now have confidence in CPAP, she communicated effectively.
Initially was just so, tired auditory processing slow, felt overwhelmed with this new diagnosis and with options, what to do pressured to make decisions.

Just received great service from Gaya one of their consultants. She was very patient with me and fully explained why I have dry mouth. Showed me how to change settings and fit the new chinstrap. So grateful!
