I have been associated with Gayle for many years and she always aims to please the customer. She has helped me in the past with faulty product. I needed a new battery so she promptly sent me one & other product after email communication. She’s the best.

I was quoted 5k for a cpac machine from another company. My sister who deals with the chermside branch took me to their shop where Amanda was so helpful with her customer service. She has incredible patience as my sister and I were constantly getting sidetracked.
I walked out with a cpac machine, all the attachments for $1600 and was totally satisfied. Thanks Amanda, you deserve a pay rise.

I was visiting Brisbane and needed a new travelling machine urgently. I walked in off the street to CPAP direct and received the most excellent service and was sorted out within minutes. I echo the glowing recommendations in the reviews here, and if I lived in Brisbane these guys would certainly be where I went for CPAP needs. My new little ResMed air mini is perfect.

I spoke with a lady named Gayle and she was so very helpful as I had no idea what I was talking about but I was trying to get a machine for my father and yet there was no judgment as to why I was there. Thank you CPAP direct Chermside and most of all Gayle! Will definitely be shopping here again!

Have been with CPAP Direct for 14 years. In all that time, I’ve never been left disappointed with the service that the Chermside Branch has provided. I find Gayle to be very professional, honest and nothing too hard to rectify. She has a wild sense of humour too. In fact, Gayle goes out of her way to satisfy customers to the point of coming out with additional suggestions to make the CPAP experience as comfortable as possible. I have had the opportunity to utilise closer CPAP branches to home, but have declined, as whenever I have required an item from Chermside, it has been delivered to my doorstep within 24 hours. I even had a problem interstate when I had forgotten to pack a certain component. That component was organised by Gayle to pick up from another CPAP branch closest to where I was staying. This professional level of service is a rarity these days.

Couldn’t recommend more highly. Gayle, Amanda, Tara and the rest of the team are professional, friendly, polite and above all care about you as a person, not just how much money you will spend. They are clearly driven by getting people the results they need and will go above and beyond to answer any questions, provide information and work with you to help integrate cpap as part of your daily life. Don’t bother shopping around (I already did), cpap direct Chermside is the ONLY supplier you need.

Excellent service. I have had great service every time I have been there (5 visits) Most of these times I have not paid.

My Experience has surpassed my expectation. I had a somewhat poor sleep study result and was intimidated by the whole negativity from my preconception of sleep apnoea.
I was directed to CPAP Direct Brisbane store at Chermside by my Specialist.
Tara is the Technician who assisted me today and demonstrated the features very clearly.
For purchase and support my experience had been A1 everything I needed.

Cpap Direct Chermside's team of Gayle, Tara and Amanda are the bomb! Flew down from Cairns to Brisbane 2 Saturdays ago, got to airport security and asked my wife 'where's my Cpap machine'. It was still on the bed at home. Devistated as to how I was going to survive the next 4 nights without one including 1 night in Adelaide. Franticly rang everyone in Brisbane for a loan machine, all closed at midday Saturdays except Cpap Direct Chermside closed at 2pm. Scrambled and got there just after 2pm. The girls were waiting and set me up with a loan machine and even allowed me to drop it off to their Adelaide store to save me getting it to Brisbane via the airport stopover on the way home to Cairns. Lifesavers and genuine lovely team at Chermside thank you soooo much and they did it for a most reasonable price. Will now always order all my Cpap needs from this store. No pressure very professional service. If a newbie to CPAP, get a sleep test completed before buying a unit.
