I have been a customer since 2009 and have nothing but good things to say about them. Customer service is exceptional each and every time I have gone in. Just today on the last day of 2022 I have spent some time there and got a new fittings for my CPAP machine. Fingers crossed it will do the trick. Really caring and considerate staff

Very happy with the help of everyone in the Milton store. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks especially to Michelle & Andrew.
Had to go back as Phillips Cpap machines have been recalled. The whole group especially Michelle did so much to help me decide on a new machine and mask. Well worth the effort to go there for help.

I attended the Milton store to buy a Dreem2. They gave it to me in a bag. I get home and it's clearly second hand. Contacted Resmed online and they couldn't have been less interested. I'm returning the item tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting service so far. I'll update this IF they can redeem themselves. *** They replaced the device with an actual new one no problem so I'm happy enough. Pity I had to go to the store twice but things happen.

Waited for service for half an hour without being acknowledged in any way. The one person in the sales office chose not to call any of the numerous people I could hear out the back to assist. When he eventually finished with the customer before me, he chose to serve someone else who came after me. I was there with the intention of buying a new machine. Looks like I'll be spending my 2 grand elsewhere.

I have spent thousands with this company over the years, I have purchased CPAP machines, masks, inverters and a heap more gear, but I had a problem with velcro coming off the head gear (it appeared to be glued to the fabric not sown), so rung them and was told that it only has a 3 month warranty and there was nothing they would do to help. Couldn't believe it would only be a 3 month warranty (It was very hard to hear them, they have an extremely noisy call centre), so emailed them and asked them, is this correct and does it meet Aust Consumer Law? Was told that yes it was 3 months and yes it meets Aust Consumer Law. I asked them if they would repair or replace my headgear and was told "I will not be able to replace or repair this item as its 21 months old".

Because of the service I had just received, I decided to do some research and found out that they are extremely expensive in the market place, they wanted $85 for a replacement and just around the corner CPAP Depot was $62.

They have just lost a good loyal customer.

Edward went above and beyond what was expected. I had talked to other people in the store but they were not as helpful as he was. Very happy with the service. Am purchasing a CPAP machine with this company.

Went in looking for a CPAP for my partner and wasn't expecting much from the 1.5 rating. The staff were so helpful I will definitely recommend them to others. By the way Edward and Kevin were amazing.
