The service at the store could use improvement, came to do the return and the lady’s attitude was neither friendly nor polite.

I just want to thank the ladies at Country Road garden city. I needed to return a garment and wasn’t sure of the process. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. The ladies were helpful, caring and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. Thank you for making it easy and seemless. I will be back before Christmas!

Vanja and the team are incredibly professional and the store always looks spotlessly clean and smells divine. If the store doesn’t have the item in stock they order it in for me within a day or two. There are not many chain stores that can boast that level of fantastic service.

CR Mt Gravatt is my one stop shop for fashion. Vanja and the team style me up perfectly from head to toe and I walk out of there feeling fantastic and gorgeous every single time.

This friendly team also help me to select the perfect presents for my family and friends.

This store is a real credit to my fave Aussie brand, Country Road.

Went in looking for a new beach bag and the employee working - Emily was really helpful and brought out a few different ones and was able to quickly get the different colours etc.

I have never been to the CR store at Garden City and after reading the reviews, felt set for a lack lustre experience. I am pleased to say that this was not the case. The two women working today (8/9/19) were clearly occupied with other customers when I arrived, however both greeted me pleasantly and reassured me that they would be with me shortly. Once served, I found them both to be incredibly warm and friendly. Their service was prompt, efficient and competent. I would definitely shop here again.

A lovely Country Road store. Country Road have really revamped their range. They stock modern classical clothing, footwear and accessories for all sizes and any occasion. We a had fun looking around this store trying on different items. We bought some pants and a casual T Shirt, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to find some some excellent discounted clothing. Staff were very helpful and were able to get us what we wanted.

Had intentions of buying a bag and other things, was happy to spend the money, worst service cos there was no service, the store was quiet, no help no acknowledgement. Soo no point spending money there. Thanks for nothing.
Anyone reading this do yourself a favour Dont bother SHOPPING AT THIS STORE.

Purely for the angry lady staff here, rude and generally unhelpful. Every other CR I've been to seemed pretty nice. Hope management sees this. She's definately needs to be retrained.

One star for the occasional nice casual dress. Overpriced T-shirts and casual vests. Staff are hard work, make one feel awkward and expected to spend 500 on their overpriced shop.

Disappointed in the quality of the suit I recently purchased. I'm still in awe that $2100 bought me such poor workmanship.
