Country Road

Went to the Chermside store today and was served by Michelle she was so helpful and happy she went above and beyond! Thank you again for all your help! I will definitely e back!

I've been coming to this store for three years and the service has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. It feels like a much younger group of staff who have joined and now it feels like the "preppy" teen stores that I avoid (which doesn't seem to match CR's true audience). For example, the young dressing room attendant that was there yesterday wasn't friendly when I used to be greeted nicely and could have a conversation about my clothing. I still get this great service at the Carindale store but Chermy is my local and I'd love to see that great service make a comeback.

I purchased a pair of white shorts from this store and didn’t realise until I went to wear them that they were marked pretty badly so I took them back still with tag on, receipt and in the same bag about 10 days later and the staff member said ‘it’s a hard to exchange with stains’ and tried to use a stain remover in which I said I don’t want stained pants I’m requesting a new pair as I need to wear them tonight. The lady rolled her eyes and was so rude and said ‘I’m just going to get you a new pair out of good grace’ she aggressively got a new pair and and said ‘looked these aren’t stained I’ve checked them’ and treated us like we were the worst people on earth. As a business owner I would never want such a rude individual ruining my brand. Such a shame as country road clothes are amazing.

Horrible experience with service here:
•Took estimated time of (20 minutes) to find a throw rug in a different colour, also took (3) staff members to find it at back.

•No airflow threw the store making time waiting very difficult and stressful.

•I'm no Karen but the staff here are very judgemental and rude, seem to help on their standards and not customers needs

Staff are usually helpful but can be a little arrogant until you display signs of actually buying something. Not too many sales here.

Store is great. However there is no where to post a review for online service so I’ll put it here. I ordered a bad for a child’s birthday with their name on it. Nah arrives with no name. I called instantly and they said I’d have to send it back for them to review and they will send another. I sent it back almost 2 weeks ago now and have heard nothing even though I was told someone will call me asap over 1 week ago. I still haven’t received a replacement and I’m doubtful I will. Do not recommend buying online, their customer service is woeful. My poor nephew has been waiting weeks now for his birthday gift.

What a fantastic experience at Country Road Chermside! A special mention to your team member Anthony S, who gave impeccable service today. We entered to store during a very busy period and Anthony served multiple shoppers at once, being sure to greet everyone, as well as processing sales at the register. We were truly impressed by his service & would like to see him recognised for his efforts.

I was greeted on the weekend by a lovely female team member, who made my entire shopping experience from beginning to end a pleasure. Nothing was too much effort. I needed a different size in my dress, I decided to also try jeans whilst I was in the fitting rooms. She held a smile, and was happy to accommodate. Making a trip to Country Road Chermside, completely worthwhile. From beginning to end, a seamless experience as a customer. Refreshing to have staff who love what they do, who interact and offer alternative choices, the way that you do. I will return again. Thank you for making my day, memorable, in every way

We had the most amazing service from one of the ladies working on Friday 18th of December! We purchased a number of small gifts for our friends and she made no fuss over wrapping them all! I hope she has an amazing Christmas with her two little kids and Thankyou for going above and beyond for us.

What’s not to love about Country Road? Plenty of simple, classic pieces to choose from. Should have a clothing for size 16-18 women. We need more size options for tall and maybe even slightly curvy women in Australia.

Staff was very friendly and helped locate the size I was after at another store, then had it shipped directly to me. Impressed with their customer service.

Jane, Clinton and all the crew here were amazing! So understanding and patient and helped me find a fresh new kit! Life long customer now and unreal clothing.
