Dr's appointment was on time. Reception and medical staff polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Issue with rebate from Medicare on computer but given appropriate recommendation to track rebate to my account. Staff were going to manually enter rebate amount. Been attending for 7+ years. Great service. Thankyou

In my 66 years I have never had a doctor who seemed to genuinely care about my well-being like Dr Last. I cannot speak highly enough of him.

Seamless transfer to new GP due to retirement. Had read file and answered questions re care plan and scheduling of vaccines. Clear communication and responded to range of issues presented. Excellent integrated services thanks to all staff.

I see Dr Leigh. He’s a good doctor, thorough and calm. I have good trust in him. Was close to ontime too!

My visit with Dr Beresford-Jones was very relaxed and informative. He went through my annual checkup and suggested several changes. Very happy with my first appointment.

Dr Liz (not my regular GP there) fitted me in at the end of her long day on Friday. She didn't need to but I am glad she did as I ended up in emergency for scans.
The girls on the front desk had worked hard to get me in and had reached out to all the doctors on duty. They were also very kind in making the extra effort.
The whole practice really is based on care for its clients.

My goodness, I haven't seen such professionalism or level of care in the medical profession since the long lost days of the original caring family Doctor.

I attended the Cotton Tree Plaza Medical Centre today. I saw evidence of significant growth by the recent incorporation of the next door premises since my last visit about 3 months ago.
Today, I was there for a flu jab. Whilst there I was also offered, which I readily accepted, my remaining covid jab too. The service could not have been better by the medical staff who attended to me. How easy was all of that? 5 STARS for sure.

Great all round. From arriving into Reception to seeing my fabulous Doctor (Jonathan Last) to booking a next appointment. It is always a pleasant experience, even though I'm going to the Doctor.

Had to wait 10 days to get a telehealth appt with usual doctor. On the day clinic rang to say I didn't qualify for tele call as I had not been to the clinic for over 12 mths. Clinic could not offer another option. Poor administration and care. Thanks

Excellent service provided by Dr J Last. He has a very good manner, is very approachable, very thorough and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a new GP. The medical practice is professionally run, and the nursing assistants are first class.
