The worst ever customer service again, staff too busy chatting and laughing together and ignoring the long line of customers waiting to be served

This morning I went to this shop to buy the things for my baby, the cashier was rude, when I wanted to make payment, found the price was different as the website so I told her, she said you need to show me the website price, then I tried to search it on my phone, but it's the basement floor, my phone was no signal, so I went outside to do it twice, the cashier's attitude was very inpatient and said the website and shop have different suppliers, I am just a customer who saw the things I want to buy then go to store, do I have to know your shop is using different suppliers? Finally I showed her the discount price then paid it, even she is rude to me, I still said thank you to her, she heard that but just ignored me, I'll never go to this shop again.

Came here to buy some things and had a mix up with something I bought. The staff were kind and helped me fix the issue right away Also the clothes are cute and quality!

Could not find staff anywhere to let me into a fitting room to try on clothes so just ended up leaving.

Visited their Black Friday sale. Within minutes
I found exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. This was not the first time I had shopped there and shalldo so again.

Really great clothing store for affordable clothes. There is usually a good sale on every few weeks with good deals around. There is a good range of styles to suit everyone. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The place is also kept really clean.

They charge $5 for a reusable bag and there is no other bag option such as paper bag. Not cool to be $5 for a bag should have paper option

Went shopping not too long ago during busy Christmas sales and staff was so helpful and friendly during rush hour. Great selection and so colourful! A little pricey but still worth it

Good store, decent size, and amicable staff. Women's selections is ample with a variety of seasonal and off-kilter designs. Men's clothing is less desirable, with basic designs and the classic faded use of low-quality colour you expect from a fast fashion store. However, bonus mark for their pivot into homewares being positively recieved.

I went there todxay and there was this girl whlo had blonde hair in a high pony tail and she was probably my favourite person i have ever met.i love her

I Was served today by two wonderful female staff who were absolutely brilliant! As a retail fashion manager myself of many years I was highly impressed with their fabulous service and effervescent personalities. Upper management should be very proud of these two.

Always lovely staff. But miss the lovely disposition of Jessie, Georgette and Emily who were always fantastic at picking great styles to match your figure and always brightened your day. Still lovely staff and a great product range.

Good store. Had lots of good deals. I was with 2 girls and they loved it and both bought something. Always a good sign of a retail outlet.

Service was awesome, fast, efficient, either a smile. And above all helpful and explained our options with the gift cards we purchased.

Friendly staff! Very bubbly and helpful! The best cotton on that I have been to. From the amazing staff to the store itself. They have everything!

The clothes are cool and reasonably priced but the music is way too loud. Even walking past it is uncomfortable. I have several neurodivergent friends who cannot enter the store because of how loud it is.

Affordable and quality clothing. Typo is also their extra arm with quirky stationary and misc items.

Both staff members (girls) were really lovely and helpful - really liked the products and well priced.
