Store is 3 stories tall but no plus size section at all. Such a shame as they have good options for plus size people online but couldn’t even spare 2 racks for clothes in store. I even asked a staff member to confirm because I was sure that there would be a section but was told that there was no section, to look at the back of the rack and I might find something “if I’m lucky” or shop online.

There are three floors
There are more women's clothing, and there is a children's area on the third floor

Went in and they didn’t have what I wanted in my size.the lady did a store to door for me, and was very patient as I did some exchanges/refunds.not sure who she was but such a nice person and made my day!

I was engaged as a security contractor to the contractor that has the contract with Cotton On the company name is Eximm I was advised that my services were terminated on Friday due to false claims accusations and wrongful termination and behind my back backstabbing by the staff there unbelievable non concrete proof of the accusations and allegations against me disgusting school kids employee there eating and drinking whilst walking around the store looking as if they were busy so my lawyer is going to start investigation into who made the allegations without concrete evidence my lawyer Will also be investigating Eximm as they refused to provide me with a contract to sign absolutely gut wrenching unprofessional liars

Friendly staff, but hands down to the lady working in the kids session on last Friday night.she was amazing entertaining the kids and doing everything else by herself! GO GIRL!

Good range and nice staff. But the air-conditioning has been like this for many many years now, really poor for a flagship store and no excuse now after 5 years.

My shoe broke while out and the staff all came to my aid and helped me find a comfortable, cheap pair of shoes to continue my night. Really appreciate everyone's assistance

I bought 5 panties for $40 last week and the lady at fitting rooms told me I should buy one size smaller so I listened to her and bought it. Unfortunately I had huge pain in my belly after wearing it at work for 9 hours. The rubber band is really tight. Educate your staff please. I already washed them all so can't return them and had to buy again a size bigger. I didn't know they gonna be so uncomfortable after trying them on for 30sec ‍️‍️

The manager of the store is so full of self that she treat customer last. Too busy answer a private call then serving her customer or putting Custmer first. Shame cause Sydney stores are much better service

Helpful and happy staff, they have a wide range of clothing, accessories and shoes, i love all my clothes that i have purchased from here and other cotton on stores.a large layout makes finding everything super easy and quickly.

Do not like this store because you get Stared at like youre goona run out the door with $2 pants that are made in China. LOL

Always great service, great deals and amazing stock. Can get busy but usually quiet during the weekdays. Plenty of changing rooms available. A large variety of clothing, accessories, home decor and other items suited to all ages and all genders.

Who needs a label- let’s face it - everyone knows that smart people look for quality! Pretentious people look for a name on their clothes - top service from a top shop

Very disappointed as there was a large lineup to pay, with only 3 checkout operators. Then one just walked away when I was next to pay. While a number of other staff were in the shop doing other tasks when they should have been manning one or two of the 3 other checkouts available until the line up eased off.

Obviously under staffed. 7 checkouts but only two open had to stand in a queue for ages. Saturday Morning should of had more people serving felt like going elsewhere.
