Thank you to the lovely young man on Thursday night who went out of his way to be kind. I was having such a horrible day after finding out bad news about a family members illness, and he went above and beyond to make my day better. My mum and I thank him

Went to buy underwear and was harassed by a man
He literally grabbed the underwear out of my hand saying “I hope you’re not buying that for your mum” and was so rude to my friend because of what she was wearing (bike pants, shirt and thongs mind you). Really disgusting. I didn’t even end up buying the ones I wanted because he literally wouldn’t let me. Was talking about “if anyone were to see my vagina” (yes I’m not joking) and how to dress it. Genuinely felt so disgusted by this. Man should be fired or at least not be in the women’s underwear section. I’ve been a longtime shopper of cotton on and at this rate I’m not returning. I’ve never been treated like this in a retail environment before.

When entering and looking for product, was not even welcomed into the store by any of the workers nearby, looked like they couldn’t care less to be there, there was even no help when some of their goods fell from the hanger (which was so bunched together by the way, no way of getting around)

We had a bit of trouble with a visa gift card we were trying to use at cotton on in Indooroopilly. We were served by Hayley who was endlessly patient and cheerful. Thanks Hayley. And we love the Keith Haring range!

Good Australian product. But don't count in quick service or even decent customer customer service on a Sunday afternoon when they shut the doors early so they can get away early and shut you down at the door when all you want to do is complete a quick exchange. Even management don't care for their customers either. Never given a one star before. Always have given kudos on brilliant service, but after years in management and CS, bad service should also be acknowledged. Been a customer about 4 times, and if I were ghost shopping they would not have passed anyway. Have heard from other unhappy clients as well, so it is not just me. Won't be going back to their Indro store in any hurry. Pity.this is an Australian company too! Their Brisbane city store has far better service and yes the customer is always right! Have learned this over and over.

Love this store, the staff are friendly. The cotton on group are a Australian success brand and have a chain of other fashion stores. What I love the most is that they support many things around the world through the cotton on foundation. Way to go!

Everything was reasonably priced and the experience was fine, however this is only two stars as their Boxing Day sale signs in-store were deceptive and misleading, and henceforth unethical conduct. The sign read 50% off store wide, with no text underneath to detail extra conditions. Logically you would think 50% off storewide means 50% off STOREWIDE, however it was 50% off only marked items. Sorry for the negative review, but I was disappointed with the very misleading advertising.
