The girls in store were the best, all very helpful and friendly) on the way out one of them told me where my bf went for a wee 10/10

Walked into the store with my manager (we both work in the centre) to look for a dress for her gender reveal, we weren’t even in the store for 60 seconds before being followed all the way out of the store - being made to feel as if we were stealing from the second we walked in.

I was obviously followed and stared at around the store by a staff member in a red shirt the entire time I was in the store. She was rude and unprofessional, she made me very uncomfortable. I was then given dirty looks from all the staff members. Bad customer service.

Went into the cotton on body Pacific Fair store today and had NO greeting nor any acknowledgment at any point of my visit. Myself and another 2 customer waited at the fitting rooms for 5mins with no acknowledgment and only met with eye glances and the two assistants carrying on with their own personal chats. I don’t like leaving reviews but I was very disappointed in the service in this store today and ended up not trying anything on and walking out.

Will never return to Cotton On Body at this mall. Hot tip: do not shop here unless you’re sure of size and won’t need to try anything on. If you need to try on an item, be prepared to be followed and gossiped by staff members accusing you of stealing! I picked up two items to try on, and very rudely had one item taken from me and “left at the counter to purchase”. Never have I encountered such rude staff! Well done on your diligence and weariness of shop lifters- perhaps next time you should be more subtle about false suspicions. Shocking experience. So embarrassing. Very poor customer service.

My friends and i were obnoxiously followed around the whole time we were there, by a worker in a red shirt. Made us so uncomfortable.

When I walked into the store at Pacific Fair I received the warmest welcome from Ellie. She was full of energy, she was vibing and provided me with the friendliest customer service. I will definitely shop here again. Products and service are 5 star!

Well-priced, vegan friendly inventory. Materials mostly cotton and fake leather (polymer). Assistant manager Kasey: ️️️️️

Ran out of bags and instead of giving a papet bag for free, charged $5 for a bag and wouldn't refund it when asked saying "we don't refund bags for charity"

Was welcomed with a friendly smile and greeting. I didn’t catch her name but she was very lovely! Nice to see some genuine customer service.

Very friendly staff, got clothes for everyone here. 3 levels of shopping. It was Sale time. Good collection of Band T shirts n clothes for the kids.

This rating is for cotton on body. A girl named Lisa served me and she was very likely the rudest person i have ever come across. As someone who has over 15 years of experience in retail i get it we all have rough days but she made me feel like i had walked in to a real life mean girls. Her facial expressions and tone of voice was so awful it was almost funny. Actually gross. She shouldn't be in retail if she hates people so much. Wish i hadn't tapped my card to make a purchase but definitely wont be back to that store.

Nice cotton, clean but with limited stock options compared to other cotton on’s. Most notable problem is lack of staff compared to the amount of customers in the store. Long wait time at checkout and not much help when selecting or looking for certain clothes.

I have never had a better experience shopping at a store as I did this afternoon. I needed some new jeans and was willing to spend more on something I really liked. I’d been to several stores trying on countless pairs from different brands and having no luck finding a good fit. I walked into Cotton On defeated when I was greeted by Juliana who asked me what I was looking for. She got straight to finding out exactly what I wanted in a pair and went through their entire denim section with me explaining the fit of all their styles that fit what I was looking for. I ended up with about 7 pairs in the change room. She was there to see how every style fit and showed me how to style them and how the fabric will last. She even rolled the hems for me when I couldn’t bend over. I felt so much more confident cause even when something didn’t work she was there to help me with solutions without the pressure to push a sale on me. Cotton On should be proud that someone like her works for this company. And I am thankful she was there to help when I was about to leave the centre and give up.

Went into Cotton On at Pacific Fair the other day and was helped by this beautiful girl that went above and beyond for me. They didn’t have my size so she called around to other stores even though they were really busy. I didn’t catch her name but she had a front fringe and great customer service skills. Will definitely come back again! 10/10

I was served by a lady at the Cotton On Body Pacific Fair. She did not once greet me or my friend. I wanted a scrunchie but nothing else. Obviously she must of had bad KPI's/ATV for the day (no idea why, maybe because she had no customer service skills but hey that's just a thought from someone who has been in retail over 11 years) and got so mad at a $7 sale she threw the scrunchie at me. Top notch Cotton on body, just because your team are having bad sales they take it out on shoppers.

I walked into cotton on pacific Fair and was greeted by a lovey chap named Brad. He showed me different items and helped me find an outfit. I never usually do this but Brad displayed perfectly customer service. This experience was 10/10. Highly recommend Cotton On Pacific Fair.
